New option for maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
The availability and ease compared to paperwork

The repeatable entries that seem like they could be saved somehow instead of remeasuring and entering while on the job site

MaintainX for Affordable Housing Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX's ability to customize procedures to cater to the specific needs of our company, while being extremely adaptive to help us comply with the ever-changing regulations in affordable housing, has been an integral part in our success in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. The user interface is extremely easy to use and is a huge bonus for our staff that are not the most technologically inclined because they find it easy to use. Lastly, the extremely responsive customer service ties the whole product together and makes it one of the best investments our company has made.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much, if even anything, to dislike about MaintainX. The only thing I would like different is another tier in between the premium and enterprise plans, to satisfy the need for slightly more features without having to pay the much higher price for enterprise when a majority of those features aren't applicable to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solved the problem of being able to require specific documentation for tenant work orders while being extremely adaptive and change the requirements as needed. The ease of pulling up old completed tickets with all the information we need in them has helped tremendously, and we are always finding new creative ways to implement new and helpful procedures.
The program is legit and provides a great structure.
What do you like best about the product?
The Structure and Reporting Dashboards and the path that shows history of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to customize with my Companys logos.

Helping us track maintenace items and show Dashboard Reports.
MaintainX easiest inventory system to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support for MaintainX is available 24/7, every question I send them, they get back to me right away! It is also very user friendly and easy to implementate in any organization. There are so many features from work orders, inventory and parts management that it makes sense to keep it all together. MaintainX is a one stop shop which make it the only place to go for these types of needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application on the phone is a little wonky but still works good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a startup company, MaintainX allows us to keep our projects orgainzed!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can go from paper to an online service that keeps records
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning so I guess my only dislike is just the learning curve and the fact that it takes a little time since I'm constantly on the road and mostly working turning wrenches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said previously it allows us to keep our findings and inspections / inventory online instead of on paper

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track maintenance and set up recurring tasks and reminders that make it easy for our team to see and complete. I also appreciate our ability to customize the platform and the support our administrators have receive from the MaintainX team
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it's much easier to enter things into MaintainX than to pull out the data. Our team has been able to create reports based on data entered in, but even still, there isn't an easy way to filter the data to what I want to see. It's a bit clunky and time consuming to make sure my team is getting everything done they're supposed to be getting done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us get preventative maintenance completed, and helps us document all the work being done for our projects. The reminders and ability to setup work orders and procedures has helped bring uniformity to the way to do things while also making sure nothing gets missed.
User friendly with very strong analytics to match.
What do you like best about the product?
The end-user interface is the best I have ever used. The process flows they have in place make ordering parts and creating work requests a breeze. The app makes it easy for technicians to fill out work orders with detailed information. The reporting software is very powerful, allowing us to trend work and analyze work history. Customer support is always available to help with any questions or needs.
Integrating the system with Power BI for more customized reports is extremely easy and takes only a few moments.
The entire maintenance department uses the system all day, every day. It was very easy to get them to switch over from our old system when we implemented it, thanks to the app’s straightforward, no-nonsense design.

What do you dislike about the product?
With the freedom to customize the system to fit you needs makes it easy to get data entered wrong if you are not careful. more customizable permissions for users would help a great deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the work our technicians did every day was almost impossible before we got MaintainX. Now, with just a few clicks, we can see how many hours they recorded for their shift and what they worked on.

Takes a while to get acclimated but simple afterwards.
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app makes it easy to complete work orders on the go. I use the desktop app mostyl but when I travel to the field, the mobile app helps to stay on top of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to easily create a Log, other than creating a work order. Sometimes we just need to note something significant that is not a work order just an important event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our industry requires us to maintain accurate and detailed records. Maintainx helps us automate recurring instrument calibration, machine maintenance and employee training.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is amazing software that really streamlines tracking and maintaining equipment assets and parts. MaintainX also makesit easy to track, update and maintain work orders which greatly facilitate in the upkeep of our assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I don't like about MaintainX.

By streamlining the process for work orders, parts tracking, asset managment, MaintainX has greatly inhanced our ability to focus on what needs to get done due to the ease of keeping the records straight.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization is one of the main reasons why our company chose MaintainX
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to increase the flexibility with Status and maybe the feedback looping if a secondary task occurs or a delay in the task occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One communication portal that all can see. We are working to eliminate the sole information protocol where people get an email and it is one person in the know.
