Easy to use for technicians and managers.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and suggestive layout really helps get things done quickly. Coming from SAP, it's much more intuitive and quicker to create and maintain work orders and keep track of everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much.
Maybe on a very large scale it could get harder to navigate, but with the right labelling from the start, I don't see much of a problem for small to medium business needs.

Compared to SAP it's much more user friendly and can easily on-board new users.

The most useful things are order, organization, and control of work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should give more examples of how to use the application so that understanding everything is not complicated.

Lack of information in the work area regarding the machinery.
Ease Of Use
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly even for team member that are not tech savy. The mobile app is particularly handy for on-the-go team members. The pricing is reasonable for small teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without careful configuration, the number of notifications can become overwhelming, making it harder to prioritize important updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX’s mobile app allows team members to create and access work orders, update statuses, and capture photos directly from their devices. Digitizes all maintenance processes, eliminating back and forth communication.
Intuitive User Experience. Better than anything we’ve used in the past!
What do you like best about the product?
Love the simplicity of the interface. Almost anyone that has experience with a work order system will pick it right up! The whole experience is way better then our previous system!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything through the system that I dislike. Works as intended!

Being able to receive better data from the workforce and ease of use for the guys in the field!

The support whether the account manager tonthe help desk has been great! Timely response, thorough work product.

Tie all orgs together so that changes can be made and pushed out vs having to do it by org.

The ability to clearly document work. It is organized and allows us to track where we are.

Easy to use and manage, very practical at all times

At the moment, I find no reason for displeasure, I think it is a very reliable tool.

With the management of the number of reports that arrived daily, it is easy to have control over the entire process and we have audit reports to comply with CFR21 for the pharmaceutical industry.

It helps us keep track of whats due and work order history. Very user friendly

The cost of MaintainX is pretty high for our facility

It helps us with keeping track of when work orders are due
Importing origination data, and workflows are all very simple for a company that doesn't use a CMMS.
What do you like best about the product?
Access and simplicity. All data is easy to access and search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noy enough units in the meter function. Load page can overwhelm new users.

Work tracking, spending, asset tracking.
Best WO system for my team
What do you like best about the product?
Coming into a company that was still using a carbonfiber filled out form for WO and no real PM work order process, this system has definetly been easy to learn. The ease of implementation is great. Having the great customer support has also made the process extremly happy. We have become a daily user of the system and taking advantage of all the features has been a fun way to implement the system for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! Since we have had the system it all seems to be great!

Creating a PM system.
