Just starting the process and all has been smooth so far

The Simplicity to use the product is what steered us toward this product

Not sure we are in the beginning stages of this process

We are going to use it with our Street and Stormwater departments for a work order system

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create work orders and Manage team remotely which is best . You can manage your whole team from just your phone or anywhere in the world .
What do you dislike about the product?
No I always like thats my second company where I introduced maintainx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to maintain all the equipments and decrease real down time and make much more smoother plant which increase our production and also decrease the cost of maintenance
MaintainX is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for mechanics is GREAT! The transition from our old software was seamless and the implementation team is awesome!

Features limited to only in Enterprise account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Request submission to work order completion
All around great tool that we added which helps simplify our day to day operations
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it extremely easy to document our work and track progress. It simplifies the process of looking back at historical work orders and repair activities as well as building standard operating procedures to be implemented in the typical workflow. Customer service is also top notch, very helpful, and they are extremely responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues or concerns, we have a large portfolio of assets, so implementation was a bit time consuming, but the MaintainX team helped make it as smooth as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper documentation and tracking of work orders and repair activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The service and the people . My account manager Morgan is always available and willing to answer any questions we may have . Sergio is a wizard and if by some small chance he doesn't know the answer or the fix you can rest assured he will find it. Also MaintainX has actual humans the answer questions on there live chat support which is so nice . I have never had to wait more then 3 min for someone to get back to me .
What do you dislike about the product?
That they wont do my job for me lol . Honestly there really isn't anything I can think off. Any issue that i come across Morgan and Sergio or the support center fix and fast .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track where all my assets are and reminders on when they may need recertifications or inspections is the biggest for me

I have had great experiences with the asset creation and tracking.

I would like to be able to invoice from the software.

MaintainX allows me to keep all of my information located in one place.
Great platform with lots of functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many different ways there are to filter work order, this makes it easier to plan jobs for specific areas/teams. Any time I have needed to contact customer support they have been very helpful in solving any problems I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature, while useful, is lacking in some areas. For example, when looking at work orders completed vs work orders created for a given timeframe it seems artificially inflated since work orders that were created prior to the period but completed during the time frame are counted in completed but not created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to keep to our scheduled maintenance, as well as easily allows operators to let us know of issues/damages that need to be addressed.
Nice to Use
What do you like best about the product?
MantainX is a nice, easy to use program, that transitions easily between desktop and mobile experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who is in charge of purchasing supplies for our organization, I would appreciate the ability to access POs on the mobile application when I'm off site working with vendors

MaintainX allows us to keep track of regular tasks and track materials consumed on the jobs
The use and implementation of MaintainX in our business
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface, how quickly it is to record and keep track of inventory stock parts and recording tasks. The automation of recurring work orders and helpfulness of implementing within our engineering department. The customer support has been second to none. With constant email communication and assistance when integrating new features and functions so I can best tailor it to our needs. We use MaintainX multiple times consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not many downsides to MaintainX, it is really useful and constantly improving and more features and refinements being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing a preventative maintenance system for our business. providing job and asset tracking with associated costs. Providing automated reporting and a visual interface for our engineering department for everyone to understand and see what's happening. To provide a much more manageable way of keeping track of stock and costs.
MaintainX: A good CMMS for Start ups & Larger
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to view the entire Planned Maintenance Structure clearly and efficiently through the work order calendar view has been very helpful. It makes it much easier for us to keep track of our tasks and to integrate additional planned maintenance or work orders, whether they are recurring or occasional. The system is straightforward and well-designed, which allows us to manage everything with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
At present, the only drawback I have noticed with MaintainX is the apparent lack of a mass edit feature. For example, when an asset was relocated to another area of the factory, I had to move each of its associated parts individually. However, this issue might simply be due to my limited experience with the CMMS. I am confident that reaching out via email or arranging a meeting with our account manager or the customer support team would help resolve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to track our Planned maintenance and SOP's on an Excel spreadsheet. This was convoluted, hard to track, and wasn't very user friendly. Now, it's the complete opposite. We can easily and simply use MaintainX to track and complete all our SOP's with ease.
We also find the parts and asset management better than our previous Excel based system.
