Limited supply chain/inventory management

Enterprise wide asset management: scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, location, meters, registration

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is great for a lot of reasons that make my job easier. The work order, asset, and procedure management allows my team to do 5 times the work because we are organized. Maybe the best "feature" is the customer service and development team. They are constantly updating the software to make it better for the user. Everytime I notice a feature that could be improved, it seems to get improved with the new update almost everytime. Also, every person I speak with is extremely nice and helpful. I have helped my company implement many softwares, and this has been by far the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot think of one downside. If I had to say one thing, I wish the lower levels of the pricing had more of the enterprise features but I understand that there has to be a difference and this does not actually bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seems to be solving all of our previous problems. Keeps us organized. Allows us to monitor our assets better. Makes it easier for me to submit reports to my bosses. Helps us save money
MaintainX Up and Running Quickly
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud based interface is easy to navigate and easy for technicians to adopt and use. Customer support for answering configuration questions has been really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Availabilty Over Time KPI needs to be updated to take into account daily shift structures. Right now it is using a 24 hr working day and this results in over reporting Availability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our 1st CMMS so having visibility into what the technician team is working and being able to start analyzing productivity is helpful. Also, downtime and MTTR metrics will be powerful KPIs once we get a history of good data. Getting the technician discipline in place to properly interact with MTX is key.

What do you like best about the product?
SOFTWARE IS EASY TO USE, ALLOWS AUTOMATED REPORTS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GREAT
What do you dislike about the product?
THERE ARE A LOT OF FEATURES TO MAINTAIN X, AND AT TIMES, CAN BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE TO SEE INFOMATION YOU ARE WANTING TO LOOK AT. BUT THAT'S A BASIC LEARNING CURVE FOR THIS SOFTWARE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They seem to assist in whatever issues we have, and have been great on resolving issues we may find.
Stop trying to make your CMMS system work! Get MaintainX!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is mobile based first! Meaning all the basic user functions of the platform are geared toward mobile use. Users that aren't admins, really have no need to be tied to a desktop and anyone can use their smartphone or tablet. Also, my customers love being able to submit a ticket without needing pesky logins or passwords to keep up with! Scan the QR Code, tell us your problem, and the ticket is created. It's that easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering data that is going to be exported, but I can easily (probably easier) do that in Excel once they are exported
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much easier for my customers to use in the buildings! So easy to use for maintenance techs that may not be that tech savy. Asset management is a breeze.

easy to use software and has all the bells and whistles to manage PM's costing and asset management.

Notihing, easy to convert old system and no issues with system

We are able to reduce our Reactive maintenance and decrease downtime.

Great modern CMMS that is user friendly and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our technicians has been above all the best thing about MaintainX. The mobile platform is easy, fast, and reliable. Cost was great for our organization as we were looking to reduce our annual costs on a CMMS platform. We use MaintainX daily at multiple sites within our company. During the implementation phase, the support team was great and receptive to our needs. If MaintainX works for your organization, I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Purchase order suite is missing some features. You cannot tag a PO to a work order. Meaning you have to add other costs to a work order. This is a double step and a waste of time.
Floating PMs should be standard right now MaintainX has to be implemented per asset. This is costly and should be able to be completed by us, the end user. The team is working on this and should have it live in October of 2024.
Tagging multiple assets to 1 PM. The PM planning is a little clunky but it works. You have to create a reoccurring work order per asset instead of a reoccurring PM and tagging all assets.

User friendliness and asset cost tracking. Before we never had the ability to look up an asset and see what that machine was costing our company. Now we do.
Our technicians enjoy using the system which means their time is more accurate.
