We love MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made all of the maintenance tasks, urgent repairs a breeze! The ability to be so clearly organized had allowed us to move from reactive to preventative and take better care of our equipment. It has also resulted in better managed time and costs. I think my favorite part is the ability to see who is doing what and track progress in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have not found anything that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows us to accurately track repairs. From the time it takes to the parts used, it allows us to access all of the info in one place.

Organized Maitenance and property management

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to track work orders for our 70-room hotel/motel. It's very easy to keep all our maintenance tasks organized. We have also started to use the parts inventory that goes hand in hand with our cost tracking on work orders, which has made it very easy to keep track of our many different parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love a feature that would integrate with our accounting department for reconciliation purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our many work orders and manaing our maintenance team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it’s instantaneous and easy to use! Communication and work assignments are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. If there are refinements to be had, it’ll only make things more efficient than they already are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability, time tracking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The people behind the software. MaintainX is always having webinars for further knowledge, always quick to respond to questions and emails, and after having met some of the staff at tradeshows, extremely friendly in person. The software is also very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost has been rising quite a bit. Small companies would be hard pressed to warrant the cost vs. usefulness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has numerous tools for managing maintenance orders, tracking software and helping us know what the operators need in a quick, real-time basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Not many maintenance programs have it all like maintain X, from Purshase orders to repetitive work orders, even has a parts catagory to keep track of pries and suppliers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaints we had in the past have all been resolved by Maintain x shortly after we informed em of the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having repetetive work orders to keep track of all preventive maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has made planning and making work orders the easiest one could ever want it to be. great product, and it it's easy to use and very reliable as well. customer support friendly, so I use it a lot. the implementation is awesome, and the ease of integration is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. this product has been great so far, and has made things smooth mostly in work order for projects and things to get done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has resolved our Maintenace work order problems. Associates can now see and understand their assignment clearly. It gives us a lot of options...when you start a project, letting you know that project is still in progress and when it's done.

Great Business App for Repairs

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use without having to call someone and able to follow repair status. Like that items are shown complete and are removed from list.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish we had unlimited pictures to send when it’s critical for a pic to be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time by letting me send in requests on the fly to specific repair personnel and track repair status in 1 place.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication made efficient. This app has made our lives a lot more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can’t review photographs of work orders but it resolves itself eventually. No real dislikes

Complicated work orders that are a ways to drive to and thanks to maintain x we have a good idea of what we’re dealing with beforehand

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about MX is how easy and efficient it makes managing work orders and maintenance tasks. The mobile-friendly interface allows me and my team to create, track, and complete work orders in real time, no matter where we are. This has significantly improved communication and response times, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

I also appreciate the preventive maintenance scheduling, which helps us stay ahead of potential issues before they become costly repairs. The ability to attach photos, notes, and checklists to work orders makes it easier to document work and maintain clear records.

Overall, MX has streamlined our maintenance operations, making it more organized, efficient, and proactive, which is essential for managing a property effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can’t say anything bad about MX. It’s a powerful, user-friendly tool that has made a huge difference in how we manage maintenance operations. If anything, I just wish it were a little more affordable. That being said, the value it provides in efficiency, organization, and team communication makes it well worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using MX, keeping track of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and team assignments was a challenge. Now, with MX, everything is centralized in one place, making it easy to assign, track, and complete tasks in real time.
