Maintain X - - $More Bang for Your Buck$

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, Ease of Use, Training Modules are in-depth but not too complex, Price Point !
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning stages I relayed to the team that we had to have it tied in to Quick Books but that wasn't directly addressed before GO LIVE
Communication and Explanation error on their behalf. It was amicably resolved In the end. So all is well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just getting started but it's going to streamline the entire business and give us a highway by which to travel where we can take as many stops as we want to document the journey.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tier assets and locations. The user friendly design and the customer support that is quick on responding but also follows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling. The team is on a rotating schedule - It would be nice if under the customize schedule if it would allow to input the monthly schedule for everyone at once instead of week by week one employee at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization of repeating work orders and Techs completing reactive work orders.

MaintainX is Easy to Set Up and Use

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy to set up and use. The app is very straight-forward and our techs use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. There are so many functions that it can get crowded if you try to do too much with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped to solve scheduling issues and client communications. The Portal feature really helps facilitate work requests from clients in a very efficient manner.

User Friendly And Simple

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and train others to use. We use it daily and I like the ease of implementation on work orders, pm's and inventory, as well as issueing PO's and tracking all of the above. The History and documentation makes it easy to go back and see how freaquently parts are being used, and how often repairs are being done to individual pieces of equipment to help minimize downtime. Customer support responds very quickly, and is very helpful in resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really the only thing I have a problem with is after you send a PO# to the vendor, you cannot edit the PO# and resend it of you made a mistake with the number itself. For example, if you type 1 number wrong and issue it, it can't be edited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of parts inventory, part numbers and documentation was an issue in the past. Most of our equipment is European, with very little information for part #'s in house. Most of the time I have to reach out to the vendor with pictures, or a discription of what part I need, which can be dificult at times. With MaintainX, once I get the part #'s from the vendor, I add the part to inventory, add the part number, picture and as much information on that part as I can get and asign it to an asset. Then when I need to order any parts in the future, I just send the part number on file to the vendor for ordeing. It has made my job and more efficiant and way easier.

Complex Estate Management with Help from MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use, and the ability to very quickly populate data into the system drove our decision to go with MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having enough time to interact with the system, but this is a me problem. I wouldn't mind the ability to upload data myself via excel/CSV templates but understand MaintainX's decision to handle this themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our organization's first try at using a CMMS platform. We expect the system will greatly improve our efficency in documenting asset maintenance and operations.

With custom check lists and SOP's, our users will be far better prepared for our daily tasks at hand.

Basic Application with ability to design content for reporting purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
1. This basic application is ideal for one task jobs per location.
2. The asset section is great. Drag & Drop feature is dynamic.
3. Dashboard can be a good resource to overview work to be completed and outstanding.
4. Figured out how to apply multiple follow up work to one job.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Each job should be completed in a timely manner yet if the jobs are not completed, the mechanics cannot remember what happened too many days later. Alters should be placed on the mobile app to identify, completed before moving onto another work order.

2. I would like to apply multiple assests to track follow up with per job reference. Due to our industry, our refrigeration system is a closed system with multiple parts applied in multiple areas. In order to identify the correct asset to the job, most likey multiple assests are applied per job. It would be ideal to be able to apply multiple assests for tracking purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to create my reporting platform to assist me track corrective actions and monitor the assest the continuously repeat.

What do you like best about the product?
It's good for keeping track of maintenance requests and work orders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how work orders reoccur on schedule and when something is flagged it brings a new work order to fix the flag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could edit procedures straight from the edit bar in a work order

How MaintainX Revolutionized Our Maintenance Management

What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining a smooth operational flow often hinges on effective asset management and scheduled maintenance. With MaintainX, both tasks have become significantly easier and more efficient. The platform's intuitive interface simplifies the process of creating and managing scheduled maintenance tasks. Moreover, Maintainx offers robust tracking capabilities for work orders and assets. You can monitor the staus, hsitory and the different types of assets, such as preventivie and reactive work orders. On top of that, implementing all these features could not be any easier, as the software makes it very easy and simple to understand. Lastly, MaintainX offers some of the best customer support you could ever find, as whenever I have needed to contact them for something, I would get a response no later than 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've encountered is that there are a few additional features that could further enhance the platform. While these are minor and don't detract from the core funcitonality, their inclusion would MaintainX even more versatile and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems MaintainX is solving is keeping our assets up and running and preventing prolonged downtime, which not only benefits the company but also our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use and the mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the KPI reporting in the reports don't make sense like the MTTF or MTTR.

Prevenative maintenance tracking and work order requests.
