Great CMMS

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using MaintainX for a few years now and are very happy with it's layout and organization. We previously used Limble and felt it did not have the user friendly interface MaintainX has. The customer service help is fast to respond and they are very open to suggestions for future updates. We are very happy with this program and look forward to new features being added.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to assign a created PO to the WO the parts are being purchased for. The ability to track all POs by the WO they are required for is a feature we would really like to see to help streamline the tracking process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset tracking as well as the ability to track multiple POC for each asset/location/vendor. This simplifies cataloging of asset history as well as location history of assets saving time.

Not being able to speak with their supervisoin about the wonderful work they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping me remove oldphone numbers and emails and integrating program usefrome mobileto desktop painlessly.

Great Product. Helping me build my program

What do you like best about the product?
The entire process has been super easy. All of their team members are there to help you. Thsi program is helping so much. I am in the process of building a strong team. Current team has not used any formal software or procedures to keep work orders organized. Maintain X is helping me get this resolved and the requestors are very pleased with the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have zero dislikes. Everythis is super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and communication throught the entire process. Previously there was no communication to the requester when a tech would be onsite. Additionally there wasnt any follow-up when parts were ordered to ensure tech would return in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of operation, the system is easy to use right from the start, extremeley intuitive and the AI is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit more money than others. however, you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking asset costs and peformance, downtime, PM Scheduling, predictive maintenance operations .

What do you like best about the product?
Its incredible ease of use. Everything is very simple to understand and use immediately, with little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have yet to find something bad with the application

MaintainX keeps my work orders and work history organized, and stores procedures wonderfully

Excellent CMMS that can be as simple or complicated as you need

What do you like best about the product?
Maintainx is extremely flexible. I didn't have to provide a mountain of equipment info to get it started. Work order creation is simple, the ability to attach any file to a WO and have that WO permanently attached to a piece of equipment in a facility is great! For example; i can attach an oil sample report to a PM and easily check my results overtime to track wear and tear.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, i havent found anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is organizing my maintenance dept and helping keep up with daily work for my crew. We are starting to utilize it for inventory also.

Powerful, user-friendly, and easy to build

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface, mobile app, and visual presentation of data. It's not convoluted like many EAM and CMMS offerings, and it's smooth for both users and administrators alike. Customer service is excellent, as well as their implementation service. The mobile app makes it easy to track work order status from anywhere without needing to access a computer
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any at the moment. It took some work to import hard copies of PMs to digitize them, but that was no fault of the team at MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us with audit compliance through reporting, bringing more consistency to our maintenance procedures, And eliminating an archaic CMMS was more of a hindrance than a help to our technicians

MaintainX Inventory Control is Great!

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing and tracking inventory. The custom barcode feature is very helpful in inventory control for our parts room. It is nice to be able to create purchase orders and use customized numbers for those. They system is user friendly and customer service is readily available. Help articles are also useful.
We utilize MaintainX in our daily operation and depend heavily on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite cumbersome. Seems to require a lot uneccesary clicking.
It would also be nice to be able to add sub assets to sub assets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory. Assigning parts to assets so we can run reports on preventive maintenance and track inventory levels. Work orders are also part of our daily use of MaintainX.

Amazing people helping you every step of the way

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has some amazing features, but the AI genterted procedures is my favorite part. As a company we we do not have any procedures in place for many things in our facilities and this has helped us create some with ease. The team is great at setting you up for success, customer support is always available if you have any issues you come accross.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the notifications, just something I'm not used to yet. Not many downfalls I can see at this time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing for us is work orders, people can now submit to us what they need, instead of walking down the hallway and asking for something.

Useful but Additional Features Would Allow for Expanded Use

What do you like best about the product?
The software is pretty intuitive. It does not take long to familiarize yourself with it. Given your application it could have the majority of the features you need for it to have. Support is thorough, helpful, and responds quickly! With the addition of some features it could really open up to a far more larger customer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have decided to try Maintain X for our HOA to use with our landscaper. It is missing some features like the ability to customize work orders, like layouts and adding necessary fields or removing unnecessary ones. The biggest glaring missing feature is the ability to drop a pin of location for a work order. The ability to send and receive invoices and quotes via the app would be beneficial also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to keep a more detailed and organized record of the work performed by the HOA's landscaper. This will allow us to know which area of the community has been maintained and when and also to keep track of what work has been performed.
