What do you like best about the product?
I like the classification of each user. It is beneficial that some people can be view only and others can add work orders into the system. It is great that it is noted who entered the work orders and that they are time stamped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just need more time to navigate and work with the software. I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our small city we are in charge of all of the utilities, along with streets and parks. A lot of times we think of work orders while we are in the middle of doing other tasks. This allows anyone from our team to input the work order and have them at our fingertips when needed. We used to have note pads all over and then they would get lost. This has allowed us to be more productive and efficient in the short time we have had the program.

What do you like best about the product?
There support is really great and quick to respond. This program is really easy and I cant wait until the Nursing staff start to put in work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they need to meet more than just once a week to identify problems we might have that would make things alot smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alot with finding short cuts to get things in faster.

What do you like best about the product?
that if I have a problem the customer service team helps you out and if they dont have the answer right away they will find a solution for you

Nothing at the moment, everything they offer is on point

how to use the whole program, it is helping me inventory all of our products, and showing us on how much product we use etc....

I find it a bit expensive but worth it. But once I get into using all aspects of the produce that might change

What do you like best about the product?
The program itself is very user friendly with customization to fit any needs/wants. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful with a quick turnaround on answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there have been no dislikes as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep track of all maintenance on equipment and also expenses

Feature rich, user friendly, easy to migrate

What do you like best about the product?
I like the meters option. This allows us to basically track performance with minimal effort and saves us considerable time vs. exporting from our SCADA systems manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning how to migrate procedures between Global and Local. Seems like this could be simplified a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us integrate our PO system into our CMMS, improving efficiency across several departments.

A Game-Changer for Our Maintenance Team!

What do you like best about the product?
It was very quick process to get started. The MaintainX team was incredibly helpful and very patient with our many questions. They have remained responsive and knowledgeable. We have found the system very easy to use, which made it easy for our maintenance team to adopt. The amount of information available and shared in the training materials, the community forum and monthly webinar sessions have been very valuable. The AI assistance to generate procedures and the procedure examples that other customer's have made available for you to use as a base saved us a lot of time! And I also like that we can submit feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should carefully review the inclusions and exclusions associated with each user license type to ensure that your selected plan provides the functionality you require when signing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to better manage and record our preventative maintenance and critical spare parts.
Sharing information to improve communication within the team.
Creating real time visibility.
Having data available at our finger tips for decision making.

First CMMS that I would actually recommend

What do you like best about the product?
Normally when we are told that a transition will be seamless we laugh because it is never that way; until we implemented Maintain X, they took our list of equipment and it was integrated behind the scenes. It is very intuitive to use and you can add assets easily. We actually realized we were neglecting to account for equipment and have added to our maintenance schedule. Our dedicated customer representative, Ryley, is always a phone call or email away. I couldn't see any reason why you wouldn't consider using Maintain X if you are looking to implement a CMMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would like to see is having them implement a "vanity URL" so that during the rollout, employees would know that the notifications were not phishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are actually able to track the hundreds of assets we maintain and have a true PM schedule as well as we have a clear window into how well utilized our mechanics are. The ability to see which assets are causing us the most trouble also takes a lot of the guesswork out of things

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has helped our Association properly record and store various tasks that we did not have the ability to prior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. So far, I have not encountered any negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident reporting, inventory control, maintenance/service requests. Reduction in inventory costs.
