What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to learn, allowing for a quick transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesnt load all the time when im working on work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weve been stuck in a reactive maintenance rut, MaintainX has allowed us to track preventative maintenane seemlessly and create a schedule for all of our assets.

Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability and customization to personal preferences. Clear and concise schedule of work needed to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work orders populate too soon, Show in feedtoo long before due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of inventory and parts usage on repair orders. Time management.

We didn't start using sooner. Wish there were more report options

Paper to MaintainX

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We came from using paper work orders, so making sure things were easy to use for operators was important. Everything is relatively straight forward and it has been a fairly easy transition.

The integration team was helpful, checked in regularly and was patient with us while we tried to collect our data from our old system. Our sales team was great and very helpful, and our after-sale team continues to be the same. When we have questions, they are quick to answer and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
As MaintainX continues to develop, I hope to see more access to the back-end tools for users. It would make data migration and integration between systems a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX gets us away from paper into a digital system, which gives us access to our data. We can begin to look at trends and equipment history without having to devote nearly a full time employee to reviewing records. As the data matures, it should make significant improvements to our PM program.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy MaintainX is to use. I also love the customer support we get from Eric and Jamie. They always have time to answer questions and walk us through everything we ask for help on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could add more than just one asset to a work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think as of right now MaintainX is helping EPIC Mid in so many areas. Part inventory is a huge thing right now for us. As well as writing new procedures as we add new asset online.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about MaintainX is how easy it is to use. Everything from setting up procedures to actually completing work orders has been set up to be simple to use and easy to navigate. The support team worked with us to get all our information transfered over and did a great job explaining how everything worked within the system. This helped to make the transition to a new system much easier than what we had expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to batch print work orders if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to better track our equipment and it is making it much easier for the technicians on the shop floor to request and complete work orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and adaptiveness of MaintainX is fantastic. Comparing with several other competitors, it would have been hard to fit them to our needs. It is also a UI and visual update compared to any other option. Very simple and easy to use. Within an hour, I understood how to do the majority of its capabilities. This has allowed us to train users quickly and help them know what to do, but also document what they did. The company was flexible with us and offered unique subscription because of our use case. Their API is awesome, as I will at times create large numbers of assets, work orders and now takes minutes instead of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of capablities that had other use cases in mind and as such don't work great for our needs. There are also some capabilities that I would like, but are not available. That said, MaintainX is continuously updating and making improvements. They are very responsive to customer feedback and will look into adding functionality for various use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing clear documentation to the history of our assets, it helps us to organize our installation, and maintenance efforts. It allows for more hands off ability for our project managers and allows more automony to workers.

* they are always making system better with updates as they get customer feedback

so far I haven't ran into anything I didn't like with Maintainx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintainx has been great tool, having a CMMS system where you can get a quick snapshot on where you stand with assets and work load has been very helpful.
