Organized Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using MX is to control to see where all my Assets are in one place. With easy Dashboards and follow-up processes, MX has become a crucial software in our company. We also manage an entire warehouse using the Parts section. With over 500 different parts and over 100 jobs, MX makes it simple to track what parts went to which job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an Inventory Mode where all work orders with parts would have to be closed out or properly accounted for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and Communication. Asset management.
Been using for a year i give it 5 stars

Easy to learn,ease of implementation and the customer support is great.

as of now i have not seen a down side of Maintainx.

everyone can right a repair order to keep track of time.

MaintainX is very user friendly and versatile, we are adapting many things and using it across many maintenance platforms, even fleet.

Nothing I can think of, it is a very helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created a checklist feature with meters entry, and all of our PMs are on track.
MaintainX is a great way to manage our day to day maintenance and keep track of equipment repair.

-Work order creation is simple and straight forward
-Easy to setup reoccuring work orders through procedures
-Having the ability to track down time for all of our sites
-Helps keep work orders organized from low to high priority
-Support teams are helpful
-Having the ability to use it on a PC or mobile device

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to create the same procedure for each Organization, instead of creating one and applying it to all Organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows us to have all of our work orders on one platform. It helps our techs complete work orders in a timely fashion. It also helps us track when and if our sites go down and how long they are done until our teams can get them back up and running. MaintainX also allows us to have monthly, quarterly, and a yearly cadence for reoccuring work orders including preventive maintenance, site assessments, and preparing our sites for the different seasons to name a few. MaintainX also has great reporting features to keep track of our teams performance throughout the year.
Very good in the end.

The way we can catagorise all the different assets and the excellent customer support, in particular NIck who was great help and sooved all our problems.

Learning all the different aspects which can be too complicated.

Endless Use cases
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been the easiest thing to implement. The massive list of features are easily customisabe and have allowed me to solve countless operational issues on top of our maintenance functions.
Rolling-out MaintainX to a large number of technology-averse users has also been a breeze due to how simple and easy to use the app functions are.
I still haven't found a problem it cannot solve in some way.
The Customer Support is also the most responsive I've ever dealt with. Other companies should really take note because they've clearly got it all figured out.

The massive amount of features reminds me how far my organisation has to go to improve its processess...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is allowing us to easily schedule our annual works program and allocate to our workforce.
It is allowing us to stay more conected to our workforce with easier communication channels.
It is also providing us a simple way to manage maintenance inspections and requests over a large quantity of assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has been essential for efficiently managing a big amount of assets in our plant. The tool offers robust tracking of historical failures and precise maintenance statistics, critical for quick and effective decision-making. Additionally, we love online reporting, which allows supervisors to respond to field needs in real time. This agility and flexibility have significantly improved our asset management, enabling us to maintain high operational standards with a limited team. Highly recommended for its efficiency and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to configure different user profiles in our premium plan openly is a con, I don't think we should pay extra for something that is a must-have. Apart from that all ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned detailed user profile configuration.
Implementation has been painless.
What do you like best about the product?
We are just starting with this system. The implementation has been painless. Lara was very helpful and informative. The system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We have just started using the program for work orders this week. Integration with QuickBooks is our next step. I'm looking forward to seeing how that will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only downside I see is that it is a lot of new information and an entirely new process for us to learn. Change can be hard when you have been doing things the same way for fifteen years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My technicians being able to access vehicle information/history on-site via the VIN# barcode is a game changer! They do not need to contact the office to find out what has been done to check for warranty or inspection status. This will free up our office manager and myself considerably.
Intuitive system
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with many CMMS', this one is the most intuitive for small to mid size companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add multiple assets to the same work order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically all of the things that preventive maintenance is meant to solve, keeping assets healthy, and it has a simple maintenance request system
User Friendly & Easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
You can use it on phone, tablets or computers. Cloud based system but you can still work on offline mode. Also, like the analysis feature that gives so much clearity on on going issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs that sometime annoys the end users.

We are keeping all the records for all maintenance work. Can analyze for better understanding of assets and process.
