Best/Quickest/Easiest Maintenance Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and ability to make a work order in real time as it happens. Adding pics and choosing location are a breeze. Being able to see instant work order status is a real plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about the maintain x program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order producing is seamless and instant. This means items can be immediately put on a list for maintenance workers. This keeps safety issues with equipment to a minimum.
Finally, a CMMS made for maintenance technicians
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is the first CMMS I have seen that looks and feels like it was meant for the people using it rather than the people in an office. (Office guys like me can still get the KPIs we need, but the guys doing the work will actually use it because it was programmed from their perspective.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the few add-on modules (like POs) could be hidden from the home screen. We will never use that module, but it is always on my home screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's ease of use and ability to quickly and easily add/edit equipment and work plans means that we can train people quickly and efficiently.
Our team has benefited from seeing the live charts and live data.
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility and data are a great tool. We are using the charts to get very informative information that has helped our team improve. Customer support has been really good thru the whole process. We use this all day and our teams success has been really impacted for a positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to separate the PM's and work requests. YOu can by filtering but, would like to see them named separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see cost of downtime. It has helped us be able to prioritize work easier and makes it more visible.
Seamless transition from previous CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is outstanding compared to previous software. Implementation was simple, straightforward and did not take too much company time. We were able to switch in just a few weeks and maintenance techs were immediately "trained" because the software is so straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note. It is so far the perfect solution for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily maintenance work orders - demand and preventative; parts inventory and purchasing
Intuitive maintenance system. Closest to paper on a computer ive found.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to pick up and train others to use. It was easy to get assets and location set up and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that you could have more than one asset per work order

It is getting us away from pen and paper work orders. It also is allowing us to streamline our parts inventory and ordering.

They truly made the transition simple and straightforward, allowing us to quickly integrate the system and start seeing the benefits. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a powerful yet easy to implement CMMS solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas that needs attention is there is no archiving of closed work orders.
The other area of downfall are requester visibility. basic users are unable to comments or reason for a rejection on their work order, leading to a lack of clarity and requiring manual conversation outside of the system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had problems tracking maintenance items through our facility, communicating to the appropriate personnel of work needing to be completed.

MaintainX New Customer Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
After researching multiple mobile maintenance tools, our organization found MaintainX to be the most user friendly and easy to integrate. Implementation, especially specifying tools to meet our unique needs, was supported fully by our implementation engineer. We use MaintainX every day for every workorder. Customer support has been outstanding and accesible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are beginning to utilize MaintainX as new customers. We are going through the transition from paper/pencil to a mobile application. Therefore, making the change required working through all technology issues. Our techncians are finding the application to be helpful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using MaintainX to improve communication between technicians, leadership, and customers.
Incredibly Easy To Use and Implement
What do you like best about the product?
We really needed help adding some order to the chaos of our heavy workflow. Sticky notes and memory were not cutting it any more. MaintainX has been so helpful in tranistioning us from reactive to preventative with our many projects we have here on property. It's clearly a software made by people who understand what it takes to maintain a facility. The implemenation had so many tutorials and support options but they're barely necessary because of how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides so far to using MaintainX. The only "difficulty" is uploading all of our information so that we can have a good foundation for the software. That's not MaintainX's fault just the nature of the beast.

We needed to have a way to better visualize and plan out our many projects here on property.
