Maintain X Review
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has such great features and after doing A LOT of research and testing of other platforms, out performs all that I have found. It is very user friendly (which is helpful for folks who are used to working on the tools and not as much with technology). The support we get is great - from chat to our account manager. They have always tried to work with us to find ways we can utilize the system in a way that works for us. We use it everyday all day for work orders (Reactive), and preventative (PM) and it has been a dream since we implemented it over a year ago now. We also use another app that has integrated well with helping us automate other jobs that we used to manually put into Maintain X.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is per seat - it would be great if there was a package price for unlimited users or even "up to" 30 or 50 and then after that is X per user etc. It would be nice to be able to access reporting on mobile. Would like more than just 1 level of heiarchy (parent/child) in assets and locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of work orders. Tracking of preventative maintenance. Tracking of work/time spent on assets or specific jobs. And much more. It gives us a ton of information that we need to properly do our jobs and report on it.
MaintainX is very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate through and easy to create assets/locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working on a few things that we would like to see come our way, Multiple assets to a work order would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't had any problems so far, just looking to add multiple assets to a single work order.
User friendly and adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff is second to none. They are innovative and continue to develop the platform based on users needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The only draw back has been the lack of a smooth path to multi site inventory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data analytics on equipment down time. Gauging timeliness of completion for jobs. Tracking trends in mechanical breakdown.

Daily operational and asset management
Has helped me keep great records and communication.

Keeping track of of past work that has been done on any specific asset.
Helps with daily preventive checklist/procedures.
The interface is very easy to use.

I use MaintainX everday would not know how to do my job without it.

Need to have option to be able to put a work order on hold if waiting for a part.
Not able to create PO on mobile device.

Has allowed streamless work order flow.
Amazing Service - Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
The implamentation was incredably easy because of the MaintainX supoort staff. The product continues to help our Maintenance team be successful
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenging part of MaintainX is Full time Users and Administrators cannot do work requests, they need to be created work orders. Not a big deal, we found a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal when switching CMMS's was to have the field workers go completly mobile and paperless. MaintainX has allowed for work order creation and completion as well as hazard assessments to be completed 100% paperless and mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and teach-With properties across multiple countries, makes a way to easily manage all expenses all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Every aspect of this program is great.

Budget tracking and freeing up time.
Remote & Field Teams Work Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Our Remote/in-office staff has access to field data in live time and on a daily basis. We can do the administrative work of creating Procedures and establishing a Work Order schedule that our Field Team can implement and edit as needed. Our executives utilize Reporting to make critical decisions about problem solving and priorities. We've been able to establish standards as a young company that has supported our huge growth the last two years. We have access to high quality support at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX training is what our team needs most. We look forward to more training resources from MaintainX to create more ease in implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seven field teams (and more soon) all over the country. The rest of us are in an office in yet another location. Staying on the same page about asset health and facility management is crucial. We now use MaintainX for safety and compliance as well as incident reporting. We are establishing our Purchase Orders into MX to cut down work in our Finance department, as well.

the way we are able to put our data and use it on a daily basis. we primarily use it for product inventory and sales
Great, customer support is top notch and capability of the software is very high

The windows and IOS formats, it work smoothly on different devices preferred by users
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have lots of options and can feel clunky if not using all of the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of preventative and reactive work for the maintenance team. One place we can keep track of projects open and the next steps to complete.
