Couldn't be happier with our experience thus far!
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience so far has been night and day switching from our previous "dinosaur" CMMS program to MaintainX. The ease of implementation and overall use/navigation couldn't be smoother. The feedback from my maintenance team as well as the supervisor/requesters on the plant floor have all been 5 stars. The ability to enter and close out work orders, update inventory items and load equipment on the fly from a mobile device is a huge time saver for everyone. I honestly had no idea how much our old CMMS software was holding us back from a productivity standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered a single downfall or shortcoming working with MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is honestly solving everything that's been holding us back as a department in the 3 years I've been in my position. Our old CMMS program didn't allow us to tie manuals, drawings or other documents to assets which required my team to return to the maintenance shop and sort through paper manuals to troubleshoot. With MaintainX, all of our documentation is being digitized and tied to it's respective piece of equipment which my technicians can access from a tablet on real time while in the plant. Our previous program was horrible for tacking inventory, requiring all manual inputs which led to a lot of inventory count discrepencies resulting in excess parts we didn't need (lost money) or thinking we had parts to get a critical machine back to production when in fact we had zero of those parts in stock (lost money). Now with Maintainx and their QR code feature, each inventory item has its own code sticker that my techs simply scan from their tablet or phone and the count is automatically updated.

There is nothing I dislike about Maintainx at this time.

It is helping keep our employees on task.
AWESOME PROGRAM
What do you like best about the product?
I LIKE HOW EASY IT IS TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE PROGRAM. EVERYTHING IS EASY TO FIND. I CAN EASILY PULL THE REPORTS THAT I NEED AS WELL.
What do you dislike about the product?
I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO EXPORT ASSET INFORMATION INTO A PDF INDIVIDUALLY. THIS WOULD MAKE ASKING A TECHNICIAN ABOUT ONE ASSET EASIER THAN HAVING TO PULL ALL ASSET AND FILTERING THROUGH EVERYTHING TO GET JUST THE INFORMATION ON THE ONE THAT I NEED.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT IS ALLOWING ME TO FOLLOW WHAT THE TECHNICIAN'S ARE WORKING ON. I LIKE THAT ONCE A TICKET IT CAN ONLY BE DELETED BY THE ADMIN, AND CAN NOT BE HIDDEN IN ANYWAY.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and training. Customer support is quick to react to issues and always very nice.

Nothing really to dislike that I have found

What do you like best about the product?
It was super easy giving the supervisors a crash course on operating using the app on their phone. It makes it super convenient to create a work request when you can do it from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was easier to work with and customize. I have what I want submitted for a request and hope it happens!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can't pinpoint any real problems but I get updates frequently with things they have done to improve and then I explore them.

ORIGINALLY HAD TROUBLE WITH APP. BUT HAD IT CORRECTED.

FIXING THE AIR CONDITIONER IN OUR STORE.

What do you like best about the product?
The inventory control system. The live work order status is exceptional.

Still trying to add multiple items that I cant as of this time.

Keeping all our service calls and inventory lined up correctly.

They are always available to help with questions, and the mobile app makes it easy to make real-time updates.

The lack of customization unless you are at the enterprise level.

MaintainX is helping us create a PM program as well as track downtime and significantly improve the overall effectiveness of our maintenance department
Most user friendly CMMS I have used.
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use and set up, I can use my phone to create work orders or even work from home if needed. I add files for user manuals etc so we have the information when needed. support is readily available when needed. New people can navigate this CMMS system almost without training.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside but improvements are always possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows me to not need to micro manage technicians, the work flows through the system. Supervisors create work requests and we complete them.

Huge upgrade comparing with our previous 20 years old CMMS.
We love the user friendly interface, mobile app, how everything is interconnected, excellent customer service (fast and to the point solutions).

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say, but we'd love more on reports page (i.e. not too many details on costs, only one report providing some data). But it's excellent on all other reports (downtime etc.)

Very easy for requestors to make requests.
Very easy for Maintenance Manager and Team Leader to create and assign work orders.
