Great onbaoarding and customer relations
What do you like best about the product?
Loved working with Serah who helped me keep on track with implementing the program. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. The support team gets back to you quickly and resolves concerns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming with the Upkeep of the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to identify the assets that we spend a lot of time and money maintaining.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, comprehensive and Support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to import directly from our previous system, but that is not MaintainX's fault.

WO tracking, asset management, PM's.

I love the dashboard section where you can see an overview of everything.

I haven't found anything yet that I do not like.

It helps us stay on top of all of our work orders for the company we vendor for to do maintenance on their facilities.

sometimes the start and stop doesnt work all the time have to go in and modifiy times on how much work is being done

Extremely easy to create work orders and build machine history

I have not noticed any downside of using maintain x. It's not the best for peinting off stuff bvut other than that it is super easy to use.

creating work orders, machine history and putting lots of information in front of many people in our company.
CMMS system that you can pick and choose what you need
What do you like best about the product?
I like MaintainX because I don't have to purchase a full CMMS sytem with features I won't use. I have other applications for some of that which work fine. Simple system for a simple price. Just what I needed. Customer support has always been there for me even if I am using the simple low price plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I keep the simple system for a simple price, some features may not be availble that would make things move quicker, but I still can do all I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a system that could remember when to make maintenance tasks for me that are scheduled for the future. MaintainX does that so I don't have to remember.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly, the support is top notch. Very well laid out for both admin and employees receiving work orders!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since my department doesn't have many uses for Preventative Maintenance, that is something we haven't really explored but it's a great feature to have!

Quicker work order use. Able to get these tasks out to a specific employee to solve any issues quicker.

Does everything we need it to to track 300+ mobile assets

Do not always get quick response from Account Manager

We need to track all work done on hundreds of assets (and this number is growing quickly) - we were working in spreadsheets before this and needed something very robust to deal with growth

Maintains works great with tracking assets and organization of equipment and producing work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everthing stays organized and it's easy to keep good records using the program
