What do you like best about the product?
Maintains works great with tracking assets and organization of equipment and producing work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everthing stays organized and it's easy to keep good records using the program

Producing work orders and keeping up with records

What do you like best about the product?
Can easily track our assets and work orders in the system. They did a great job working with us to create everything we needed on a spread sheet to be loaded into the system to get us up and running. Our users are happy with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to it and we probably wont be able to use all the features as we don't really have a dedicated maintenance planner to monitor it all day long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place to go to see all of our assets and associated work.

What do you like best about the product?
The app and website work pretty seamless, and when we started rolling it out it was completely fine to use without enabling all festures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say i have any hard dislikes about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracks on going issues, allows seamless scheduling to ensure our tech is always up to date with any urgent work. Asset management is good too, but we are not fully utilizing it

What do you like best about the product?
what i like about MaintainX is the way the set up the desktip and mobile phone app access. it is easy for the tech who may not feel smart phone friendly they can pick up the use of the system easy and I get the tracking I need. whan there have been questions my sales rep or the easy hlep liink there is someone there that hleps me quickly or if need they are willin gto set up a online meeting to understan what i need adn hlep me get the result I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing is fair i wish the pricing did not go up but is it is still the most reasonable and pirced product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
orginization of assets and we have started using the parts inventory. the best feature is the reporting and that is what i use most the eas of geting the reporting i need is so easy

It is very easy to use, creating work orders and all necessary things for our business. Stuff is very helpful and professional.

all in all software is good, some small things that you can check more then one asset

Stepping into the new era of Inventory Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
For our company, we needed a robust inventory management tool that could function in multiple ways. MaintainX has given us the ability to display information and have accuracy for our product. The system is a very easy to navigate, and provides assistance promptly when an issue arises. With the many cross program functions, our purchasing, Recieving and maintaining has become simpliar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because every company is different from others, tools that we would need to function a certain way have been adapted. The printing of QR labels is something we would like improved to provide our parts with descriptions and locations printable via sheets of stickers. The current method only allow a simple label with a QR code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is developing a cycle count option that will help with maintaing our large inventory. We look foraward to using the tool once it is completed, and having the ability to have clarity on our value of stock.

The ease and how user friendly the software is great; customer service is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty sometimes finding what I need, or the question I asked is not implemented correctly.

very user friendly, flexible I am sure the platform we will be using next year will not resemble the platform we started live with other than the name

In all honesty I've been using various CMMS platforms over the last 20 years not seen any defect yet

getting a preventative maintenance program going, making acces to work orders easy, and most imprtantly accountability in our staff.
Smooth, intuitive, and easy to follow
What do you like best about the product?
intainX has assisted us in organizing our assets, components, and processes in a way that is easily understandable to a multilingual staff. Because of the team's involvement, its easy design allows us to gain a more in-depth understanding of equipment health and PM consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
That in order to approve a request, you must have an admin role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tying work orders to specific equipment generating a high level overview of resource allocation.
Excellent product, Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has allowed us to streamline our old paper-based maintenance procedures by creating new digital, dynamic MaintainX procedures. Users can easily complete procedures on a device at the point of use, upload photos and provide accurate, real-time updates on work orders. Procedures are incredibly versatile and customisable and can be used for so much more than just basic maintenance activities.
Our dated excel-based asset register has now been replaced with a detailed asset management system that automatically links any Work Order with its associated asset. This provides an accurate history of any work performed for any of our assets and has saved so much time by not having to manually search through records to find the information we're looking for.
The meters feature has also now allowed us to track and monitor a wide range of readings accross our assets and facilities, providing real time visibility on equipment performance and the ability to identify negative trends before they results in a breakdown.
The MaintainX support team also provide a fantastic service. The live chat and ticketing systems put you in contact with a real person who can guide you through any troubleshooting with the system. We also have a dedicated account manager who catches up with us regularly to keep us up to date on upcoming improvements, supports system integration and answer any other questions we might have.

What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX is a great system and the team are constantly updating it with new features and bug fixes. While its great having such support and an ever evolving system, sometimes it can be difficult to keep on top of all the new updates. Fortunately the new changelog feature now allows you access to a full version history of all changes if you need more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing outdated paper/excel-based systems with easily accessible, real-time information on all assets, facilties and work orders.
