Very easy to use and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use platform with good customer service relations and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning a new system is always a challenge, but this program is an easy to learn program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our small company to have maintenance issues tracked and resolved in a timely manner. It is also benefiting our company for trends and during our food safety audit for having a preventive maintenance program in place.

Ease of use, options, such a great upgrade from our current system.

Haven't found any yet. Any system will have issues. But so far so good.

More accountability, tracking problems, PM scheduling
Excellent Experience with MaintainX Assistance
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to speak with a representative right away when I have an issue. The prompt responsiveness and follow up makes the issue I have minimal. The individuals are courteous and take the time to look into what ever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that I have found to be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a repeating pm that all of a sudden stopped generating. This pm is for our utility usage and the team escalated the issue to get it resolved sooner rather than later. The team is going to let me know as soon as it is available to log the information into.
MaintainX Implementation Review
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX was a needed upgrade for our operations. I am most impressed by how easy it is to use and how intuitive the user interface is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our ERP software was not on their list of programs that had already been integrated to use with MaintainX. It will require a somewhat heavy lift on our end to make it seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us with streamlining multiple programs and allowing us to utilize intuitive dashboards to keep leadership engaged and informed.
Game Changing Product with Top-Notch Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has been a game changer for us. It took us from a world of spreadsheets, sticky notes, and computer desktops and transitioned us to an amazingly friendly application that is available via desktop or a mobile app. This program solved all of our major problems and has allowed us to clearly define our assets, nest our sub-assets, create work orders with a customized workflow, track our downtime and be able to determine our OEE metrics, properly house our vendor information under one roof, and be able to lay out our parts inventory at multiple locations. Any time we have a question, our service rep is available immediately for support. If they don't know the answer, they bring onboard a group of customization experts that can help us solve our issues in a way that works for us - they don't force a solution on to us that is convenient for them. It took us about a month to get the system set up and going which was incredibly easy. Through the day-to-day use of the program, we were able to quickly pivot and adjust our settings that have really propelled us to reducing our R&M costs and being in control of our downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we had was with the initial implementation. We didn't have a lot of data to provide for the initial import which meant we had to build data ourselves over time. There are plenty of video tutorials that are frustrating at first because you don't know the system. After a year, I'm thankful for those videos as it forced us to truly understand the system that we were working within. Even with the initial frustrations of videos, Maintain X always had someone available to help us walk through questions via Zoom meetings and sharing of desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X has given us complete control over the operating picture of our plant network. It helped us build a database of our vendors and it helped us implement a multi-location inventory control system for parts to reduce overhead on parts inventory. It also allowed us to build a database to house the history of our assets that help us make better informed decisions on replace/repair criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all assets easily seen, sorted, filterable. Then having all neccesary documentation, process, and information accessed with ease even through a mobile device.
Having the ability to have API's on the back end to easily intergrate with exisiting systems without having to 'dig through the wires' as such.
The assistance with implementation easily halfing the amount of time it would have taken to start with the system. Saving us a lot of time and stress.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only one I can think of would be having the ability to map a site to scale. This would potentially see if common wear/breakdown was connected to a wider system such as power distribution or air handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this our company didnt have any PPM or asset management and having both in one is letting us be less reactive in our maintenance and reduce mahcine stoppage time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up work orders and asset management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have the ability to build bigger asset trees. Tying single machines to multiple machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows to easily assign PM to assets to keep maintainence organized on PM duties. Also can keep track of marterials and parts need for each asset.
Good customer service with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is very easy to use and the implemenation was very fast. Without any training a requestor can create a work order request, pictures can be attached to help show the issues. The maintenance teams can respond and update the work order on their phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system does require a person to manage the work order requests and convert them to an actual work order. If you have a lot of repair requests it can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to track PMs and repairs as well as the time and cost associated with the work. MaintainX allows us to track all the needed information and presents it in easy to read graphs.
Great system
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to use and understand. I like the option to add photos amd videos. The start progress feature is also great to log time worked on issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike from MaintainX.

Using to keep track of incidents and maintenance tickets.
