Simple, Painless way to track work orders and assets
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a simple solution to allowing employees to submit work orders so it could be tracked. Most companies we looked at were for much larger organizations and was complex to scale down. Basically too many options. MaintainX is a simple solution that fit our environment with the ability to scale up as needed. The training and implementation was top notch and we were able to get it working within days. Even our non-technical people grasped the ease at creating work orders. It also allowed us to created maintenance schedules that reminded us with alerts as well as tracking assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting was a bit light. The report generator that creates a high level report contained a limited number of canned reports and there was no way to generate a custom report. The custom reports could only generate in an Excel format, which needed manual editing to "pretty" it up with logos, colors, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no way of tracking worker time or assets. Work orders were only through voice calls or emails. MaintainX allowed all our assets to be entered into a single location and we could gauge the number of requests coming in and who they were assigned to.
Great Software, and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is the best in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't have more businesses to implement their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows me access to lots of capabilities like adding preventive maintenance manuals and procedures.
I didn't know it could be this easy! (and inexpensive!)
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking and reporting. Also, it is so easy to build up the work we need to do. The system just grows and grows and is so easy to manage the entirety of it. I have confidence in my system again and feel a weight off my shoulders. Customer support is amazing. Chat is quick and efficient and they go above and beyond to help. It was easy (and fun!) to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only only only thing I can complain about is the lack of a dark color theme. Very minor issue in the big picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management, getting the work done. Scheduling becomes automatic as the system is fille out. Getting rid of paper. This is great!

What do you like best about the product?
The people are very customer focussed. I have a need to understand more and they respond quickly, help me through and then suggest where I can go to get more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only that I knew more of what they can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Maintenance Manager is no longer with the company and he had set up and administered MaintainX for us. We needed to add an administrator and get training for him. They got back to me within the day and solved my problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about MaintainX is that it provide good updated on work orders and adds up nice features to let us know the status and it also provide improvement in the assest management. And Provides better reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have using MaintainX for a while, so I dont find any thing to dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving problem by providing accurate enough result of the data and provides better reliability of the work orders. MaintainX keeps a good track of the data and because of its features, it provides better status to the user.
Great maintenance software with potential to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX team has guided us and has been there every step of the way. The MaintainX team was very efficient with implementing all of our assets, meters, and procedures. The customer service is very great. We really like how user friendly the app is. We also like that MaintainX works well with both facility maintenance along with fleet maintenance. I like that if there is anything that you can suggest to make it work better for your situation they send it up to the engineering team so that could look into possibly implementing it to the system. This shows that they are willing to not only to listen to there customers but they are also willing to always improve the system. There really is more to like than there isn't. If you're looking for a maintenance software this will more than likely be in the top 2 of your choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are better suited for facility maintenance than fleet. It takes some time to set it up the way that works best for your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to have the ability to set a meter trigger and if that asset is serviced before the meter is met then the meter trigger will reset automaticaly. Currently unsolved but I have no doubt that it will be at some point.

The way that my team can communicate with me fast, and how we can communicate through the ticket (worked order) is very valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I don't like, the one thing I hear from my team is they don't like all the notifications they get once they sign in. However this is quickly corrected by me, I just educate them (teach) how to set the notifications with in MaintainX.

MaitainX Exceeds Expectations as a CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
Support for procedure deesign is outstanding. There online training handles most issues, but it's nice to be able to chat 24/7 for support. Integration to old CMMS is a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't come up with a downside. There resources are well staffed to deal with any issue I need support with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating procedures from equipment PM checklists
Great Software. Very user friendly.

The ease of use and being able to send in existing procedures and have them set up into the system for easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I would prefer if the procedures were formatted for printing in the same format as the original procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX makes it easier to monitor day to day operations of the facility and allows for staff to submit any work requests needed while tracking the progress. It also allows to set up all preventative maintenance and inspections on a routine basis.
