Simple Easy and Exciting!
What do you like best about the product?
The way everything is laid out and under the perfect descriptions makes adjusting to the MaintainX system easy. When we did have questions it was simple to reach someone and get clear answers usually with examples and guided through every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have a tab dedicated strictly to documents that have been uploaded. This would have helped with minimizing the need to have organized files elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an expanding non profit proving housing for the homeless and we also have a behaviorial health division. MaintainX will allow us to organize and stay on top of increasing maintenance needs while maintaing compliance on all levels from the city to state level.

MaintainX is created from engineers who understand Maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't honestly say that I have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility, organization, accountability, predictive maintenance, Tracability.

The user interface and navigation are easy to understand and effective

When compared to a MMS used at a previous company, i have found MX to have less customisation an user control.

This question seems to have translated to english incorrectly - "What are the problems with MaintainX and how does that benefit you?"
If the question is about how MX solves previous problems we had as a company; being able to have a one-stop-shop for all our asset management, calibration, maintenance, purchasing and various other internal activities means a streamlined work load for us. The additional bonus of having easy access to usefull metrics and reports helps provide insights to how we can improve our planned activites aswell as assessing a assets performance

MaintainX has been able to improve our company's periodic maintenance and calibration monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
No more spreadsheets to monitor calibration or maintrnance anniversaries and due dates, also helpful in new Equipment pre-approval and pre-purchase documenations
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if there are more ways to reconfigure how the reports appear on paper, like having bold letters to titles, ability to change fonts, remove unnecessary information etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the perennial problem of missing calibration due dates and reduced overall man-hour costs in monitoring.

it is not as simply as our paper based system

What do you like best about the product?
its very accessible. Its a great platform to store equipment information and documents associated with the equipment. I like the layout of the panels. I use MX quite often, and find it better than the old system we would use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little annoying that I have to correctly search in "asset" or "work order" for a specific item. I would find it to type in the WO or asset number into a general search bar and then all the potential info would come up. Its almost too specific. If i get a # wrong nothing would come up. Id prefer MX suggests items absed on your search entry

It is solving the old system we would use. the old system was messy, confusing, and hard to find anything.MX makes it easy to have all of the information required in one spot and the ability to insert links to documentation associated.

MaintainX is solving several key problems in the field of maintenance management and operations, benefiting users by improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and streamlining workflows.
Valuable, Easy to Use, integral
What do you like best about the product?
We primarly use it for our Fleet. It is easy to use, consistant to follow, and can be manipulated by myself, when process change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more, If then Statement in the back end.

One platform for consistantcy and ease of use, and workflow. Users can easily follow the procedure in place.
It's good but the interface could be better
What do you like best about the product?
It has a tonne of features by default and we get support for anything we think would be good to add. It keeps everything together in one location; nothing gets forgotten in a sub-folder, or spends a week sitting in an in-tray anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm often working with it just on a fairly small laptop screen. Often the menus are taking up 1/2 the screen, and they can't be rearranged, resized, minimized, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of equipment calibration, maintenance, and other periodic activities. Monitoring equipment downtime, trends, etc. Controlling equipment related procedures, linking equipment togther, to consummables, etc. And just generally tracking where everything is and its history.
Easy to navigate and use
What do you like best about the product?
We recently adopted MaintainX and the user interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to track work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and manage assets.
MaintainX has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for any organization looking to modernize their maintenance management processes.

We've seem a few bugs this year although these were resolved by the customer service team relatively quickly.
