maintainX is a great ticket management system.
What do you like best about the product?
the many different views to view work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
the mobile app can be a little hard to use as an administrator.

it helps to orginize work orders and priorities. also helps to inventory all of our assets.

MaintainX’s real-time collaboration and mobile accessibility for its work order
It is a reliable and has an easy-to-use interface that brings clarity and efficiency to maintenance. It also provides a prompt customer support when needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple asset work order was introduced however, still cannot complete the required task in single work order.

Assigning multiple assets to a single work order.

What do you like best about the product?
Digitization of the process. Being able to document a proceedure and getting a validation of the process has been a great tool. Having the part inventory and supplier at the point of use and not having to write down, email, or call someone for replacements has really kept the maintainence team stay on track. Customer support is very responsive and aware of the targets. System is easy enough to use even the old tribal dogs like using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of what I would use as a facilities manager is only available at the executive level. We would only need limited users on the executive level so the pricing point hasn't been justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of downtime because the PMs are getting done. No need to assume "someone else" has done them.

Maintainx has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
The system is incredbily user friendly. The customer service is also great. It was very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run unto any issues while using maintianx. No complaints

helps solve problems related to equipment downtime, inefficient maintenance scheduling, and lack of asset tracking. It streamlines maintenance workflows, ensuring timely repairs, reducing costs, extending asset lifespan, and improving overall operational efficiency

It makes it easy to track assests, and maintain maintenace and cost logs. Support team is awesome and always available.

I think this is the best and easiest mainteance sytem to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy system to use. Lots of features and a very well supported platform. A very powerful tool with frequent use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automated features don't seem to be accurate at times. Can be hard to get your head around an issue on the reporting side. Sometimes I don't trust the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PPM work and ensuring PPMs are on time. A step in the right direction towards TPM, and parts inventory to ensure critical parts are in stock.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using the app and being able to create work orders with photos in real time!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still looking for a more streamlined report that will total the cost of labor on the spreadsheet

Helping us to keep our team aligned with current and upcoming projects, in addition to the cost tracking features!
