MaintainX Review
What do you like best about the product?
The account managers make using and updating our portals easy. Anything and everything is answered quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more premissions put in place for the base users of our accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Downtime at facilities . Maintainx is also helping with the distribution of maintenance team members.
Best up and coming maintenance software out there
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, effective, and well thought out - Love everything about it so far, and excited for new additions!

Still new and in development, so some features are still in the works

Easy collaboration on work orders, well thought out reports, simple and easy layout

Exactly what we needed
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easy to implement the expansion of new features. It is always getting updated and polished. MaintainX definitely helps with our continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike, just due to our processes and the way we do things being slightly different than how MaintainX is set up. They are more than accomodating to help with solutions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solves many problems, including uneccesary downtime, thus maximizing asset uptime for our facility. Effortless, quick communication between parties allows us to get on with our day
Housing maintanence
What do you like best about the product?
This system works great as we have 3 locations and can notify maintenance immediately as new work orders pop up! They are then able to send someone immediately or plan on when they need to address the situation!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one yet! We have been very happy with this program!

We are able to track the work orders and the progress to completeion

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create work orders and assign them out to the team. It's also easy to add comments, notes and pictures to work orders to keep everyone in the loop of the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about the program!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making sure that the team knows what work orders are being assigned to them. No duplicate work is being done and is cost efficent.
Facilities Maintenance Technician
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX can be used on Mobile or Computer at the same time. It gives the worker a mobile updates of due pm's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a way to make a pm multiple days long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives PM reminders on your mobile device. You can add parts supply for each pm. We have included written procedures for pm's and builds.
Great CMMS! Easy to use but has enough complexity to get a lot out of it
What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful mixture of Convenience, ease, affordibility and effectiveness. The ability to have employees, department leaders and others use a phone to snap a picture, atttach files, request work orders is nice. The dashboard data is very helpful and being able to compare category across time spent and cost is very helpful. We use this daily now (for most facilities tasks) because it creates a good historical record. Being able to tie in vendors to a PM issue or scroll through comments to gain understanding is powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I dont have complaints. As we expand the use of the app here, we'll see. I've been using it over two years and they just keep adding and improving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, Work order tracking, asset tracking, vendor to W.O. connection, time and expense by category, historical record keeping, Interdepartment communication, improved preventative and predictive maintenance, reduced unplanned down-times and equipment failures.
Great user friendly system
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate from a desktop computer or from the app on a tablet or phone. Many of our "Senior" maintenance techs refuse to use CMMS systems because it is a new tech they are not familiar with and dont want to learn. This system has allowed us to add all out information and get the team to use it with little to know resistance
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling is a bit harder to work with when trying to have due dates vs schedule dates dont change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This system has made our inventory managment and PM scheduling more reliable and easier to use. It is creating a more complete asset history and KPI managment
