Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling abilities for preventative maintenance and inspections are very handy and easy to use. I also like the e-mail notifications for past due work orders or low parts inventories.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything we dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps track downtime and PM activities. We also use it for scheduling safty and quality inspections.
The software has been game changing on tracking our assets and creating systems.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great at us keeping track of assets, vendors according to those assets and history on repairs. It is really easy to use and intuative for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the software allowed us to communicate with employee that submitted request through portals. Employee do not want to sign up to be users just for submitting requests as it is another username and password to keep up with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create system on when to do repairs and what assets need to be replaced based on past repairs and downtime.

User ease of access as it is very use to use by both administrators and technicians.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to customize request portal to allow location and other details.

Work order management with asset tracking and reporting.
Terrific, modern solution for facilities work order management
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX can be as simple or as detailed as your needs require. Its modern interface and incredibly engaged support team make it easy to use. The transition from our previous system was painless and far less expensive of a process than other vendors. Overall, it is quality product for a very competitive price.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some missing fields / reporting options that could be helpful to have. However, the support team has made it clear that such capabilities could be added at request / with future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping our facilities team get organized in a manner that is easy for requestors, administrators, and technicians alike. Among so many competing requests and multiple locations, it is very helpful to have this streamlined form of communication.

there is nothing i dislike so far. I am very happy with the program.

Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Maintain X was extremely easy. From getting everything added as far as assets or creating PM's was very user friendly. The best feature for me was the template portion which allows you to keep a consistent quick way to create work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not found anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no digital recording of PM's or breakdowns before Maintain X
MaintainX - easy to use and very customizable
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX can be used both on your phone as an app or on computer in web browser. It is very intuitive to use and many features that you can customize to your use case. I use this program every day and have been able to pick it up very quickly and easily. The onboarding process was easy too since someone from the maintainX team was able to set up a call and answer my initial questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX is still a faily new progam and there are some features that would be nice but have not been implemented yet. The team says they are working on them though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping me manage and schedule maintenance for equipment in the office. It also serves as the database for all company assets.

The easy of use and mobile ability make it great for in the field reporting

It's hard to answer this question because it has been such a great asset

It helps us make reports in the field that then can be easily transfered to the customer
MaintainX is a huge help!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been a huge help updating our systems to the 21st century. The requestor feature for the app is a life saver for our staff to use. Implimentation of the app for the staff was a breeze. Adding procedures in the app helps with the maintenance efficiency and to speed up our preventative maintenance processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like editing past meter readings or adding previous readings not made in a work order arent possible. This would be a nice feature to have so that incomming users of the platform can already have a visual record of their meter logs.

All in all, Maintainx has enabled quicker and more efficient opperations within the facilities.
