What do you like best about the product?
Jessica made implementation a breeze! Extremely easy to use and near instant customer support. There are so many features that make managing workflow so simple. I felt like I was drowning with our last CMMS and MaintainX is making my life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a downside, but the ability to input our work schedule would help with more accurate downtime and MTTR data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A mobile platform in the current era is key and MaintainX is that and more. With MaintainX I'm able to monitor reporting and analyze trends with real time feedback to see if what we're doing is working. Workflow management was a headache before we switched to MaintainX, but now it's so simple and easy.

MaintainX - A Premium CMMS Solution

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has a user interface that is intuitive and easy to learn. They have a knowledge base that is similarly easy to navigate and drives the self-training process for new administrators, end-users and technicians alike. The features of the software ensure that it is a powerful solution, that can scale to meet an organizations growing asset heirarchy.

Implementaion is also a breeze if you opt to be guided by one of their expert resources. They will come up with a solid action plan and guide you through the implementation phase, with regular progress check-ins. The expert will also continously ask if you require any further assistance, have any issues or need any additiona information. It is truly a great, hands on approach to making sure that the customer is satisfied and the system is built out to meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only gripe I would have about MaintainX is that they do not have a graphical representation of the asset heirarchy, either in the form of a virtual plant/location layout or diagram.

However, due to the nature of our current project, that was not one of the requirments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our system for managing the assets assigned to this project and scheduling maintenance, was purely manual and paper based.

MaintainX is allowing us to digitize this process and automate/streamline some of the activites.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is simply user friendly, easy to implement, and they have amazing customer service. Our operations team use it everyday and it has completely projected our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not many things we dislike about MX. The inventory management could be better but works fine for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our efficiency in work orders thus allowing us to spend more time in other areas.

Easiest CMMS System Used Yet!

What do you like best about the product?
We had easy data transition into MaintainX. Work Order setup for reoccuring work was the easiest. Asset Identification and barcodeing. Parts integration and identification with pictures for the technicians. Six day a week use on the work orders and parts and procedures. Implementation after transition was great and fast. All questions were supported either by contacting by chat. Integration was great.

Parts Inventory and Ordering through Purchase Orders

Machine breakdown tracking and Mechanic Availability

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support and ease of use stand out for me. They were able to transfer excel spreadsheets into their program within 24 hours of uploading them. This saved me hours of data entry and allowed me to focus on utilizing all the features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment! Each aspect of MaintainX has been easy and straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offers a single location for assets, vendors, purchase and work orders. Data information can be easily sent to any team member.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about using MaintainX daily besides it's easy navigation, stability, and practicality, is that help is always less than one minute away. I encountered a login issue where I was unable to access the system. My inquiry received a response within one minute and they immediately began work trying to solve my issue. It turned out to be a fairly difficult issue to solve, but the MaintainX team worked until they solved the problem. I was back to work fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have seen virtually no downside to MaintainX. The system has always worked quickly, efficiently, and has always operated with stability, which equals zero down time. That's important when you need to complete your tasks and move on to the rest of your day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is highly regulated and therefore has a long list of checks that must be completed daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and annually. MaintainX makes this process much easier than keeping paper versions of the many check sheets we've had to keep up with in the past. The time and revenue savings alone in completing these checks digitally versus in hard copy form have proven to be substantial. Also, when repairs are needed we can view parts lists, bendors, and an assortment of other helpful resources to keep us up and running on time.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do everything I've been able to do on my other CMMS softwares I've used in the past, but its so simple and takes WAY less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im new to it, there is still a lot I'm figuring out. I'd like there to be a "start timer" button on the desktop app also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a more difficult to use CMMS software with very poor service. We were needing something that is easy to use for the whole team and also something we could get quick answers to questions when we needed them. We are a high speed production facility. losing our monitoring software for one day can make or break us for that month. I also got a few bonus benefits out of it, like the chat feature is usable for all users, not just the techs. This makes communication much more open accross the floor. I also got some great team features. Our pplant separated into Cells/Value streams. The team feauture made it possible to include each value Cell/Value Stream as their own team.
