Upgrading maintenance at Baker Perkins!
What do you like best about the product?
Having all info relating to my assets and work orders in one easy to navigate place, whether it be at my desktop or out on the shop floor via my tablet or phone! All of this is achieved with a very fair price!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything yet, the system works very well for our organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing several spreadsheets and relying on human error when checking and reminding about upcoming work. MaintainX will really help develop our KPIs. Also provides a platform for our engineers to take important information and procedures to their job.
Use of CMMS system to implement PPMS and day to day checks
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, lots of features to get a hold of. Inventory stock easily accessible. On the cheaper side of CMMS systems so amazing for smaller companies. Keeps log of downtime on machines to create reports/audit reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a budget spreadsheet, but to get around it i use the PO system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintenance planning, operator checks and failures and communication skills across the factory.

Ease of use. Mobile friendly app. Custommer support is awesome so far. Great features.

So far so good. There seems to be nothing wrong with it

Organize work. Track PM and RM.

Using the tool for any automated reminder task. I also like the AI tools to help build advanced processes

Advanced schedule management can improve. AI to schedule would be great

AI for creating procedures

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about MaintainX is definitely the support you receive from the team itself in regards to having questions answered, help implementing new procedures and techniques to improve your experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is based heavily around a large operation and data gathering and I feel it loses some of its efficiency in smaller operations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps organise and keep track of all open work orders that come up on the property, it allows everyone on the team to add and share and discuss how to tackle those orders.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we built our templates, completing inspections was a breeze. And if there are deficiencies identified, work orders are automatically generated making sure all our service work gets done.

I'm not sure if you can create detailed reports for each asset.

Managing our maintainence requirements and caputuring deficiencies through inspections

What do you like best about the product?
It is very adaptable. We own a service business and use it to track work on each job. It has really helped us get organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could search the entire site. Example: Bill Phillips owns Custom Logs. He calls for repairs on his log truck. New admin starts a new job for Bill Phillips not knowing he owns Custom Logs. It would be nice if we could search Bill Phillips and find him. But admin should be asking too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps tracks of our open, closed and in progress jobs. It also tracks all of the assests our customers have. And so much more
MaintainX has been very helpful with staying organized with our maintenance logs

I like how user friendly MaintainX is. It's very easy to upload things into your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downfalls yet for using MaintainX.

MaintainX has made it a lot easier for us to keep track of our assets and also the maintenance for them.
MaintainX has been a great addition for asset tracking and downtime .

Being able to pull reports and show what equipment needs more attention.

I really don't have anything bad to say about it. Im still learning all features and how it ties in with our application.
