Great tool for property managers
What do you like best about the product?
It's good for keeping track of maintenance requests and work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great for starring files and documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing work orders and ongoing maintenance as well as storing some client Data
Since using this app things seem to flow well. No more filing a bunch of paper in folders.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how work orders reoccur on schedule and when something is flagged it brings a new work order to fix the flag.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish i could edit procedures straight from the edit bar in a work order

How MaintainX Revolutionized Our Maintenance Management
What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining a smooth operational flow often hinges on effective asset management and scheduled maintenance. With MaintainX, both tasks have become significantly easier and more efficient. The platform's intuitive interface simplifies the process of creating and managing scheduled maintenance tasks. Moreover, Maintainx offers robust tracking capabilities for work orders and assets. You can monitor the staus, hsitory and the different types of assets, such as preventivie and reactive work orders. On top of that, implementing all these features could not be any easier, as the software makes it very easy and simple to understand. Lastly, MaintainX offers some of the best customer support you could ever find, as whenever I have needed to contact them for something, I would get a response no later than 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I've encountered is that there are a few additional features that could further enhance the platform. While these are minor and don't detract from the core funcitonality, their inclusion would MaintainX even more versatile and effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems MaintainX is solving is keeping our assets up and running and preventing prolonged downtime, which not only benefits the company but also our customers.
Good CMMS, Inexpensive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to use and the mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the KPI reporting in the reports don't make sense like the MTTF or MTTR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevenative maintenance tracking and work order requests.
Maintenance management that is robust, efficient, and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive nature making it very easy to use and manage, for requesters as well. The teachers at our school can simply use their cell phone camera to scan a QR code provided uniquely on the door frame of each room which initiates a request. I get a Notification when a request is submitted. I can then approve it or decline it. If I approve it, I can then assign it to an individual or a team and communicate progress back to the requester. It provides an excellent level of organization for my position as school facility manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. So far, I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is adding an excellent level of organization to my duties as a school facility manager. It helps me gather sufficient information via simple requests from 70+ teachers within our school. They simply scan the QR code associated with the room that has an issue which directs them to our request portal, automatically passing along their room number/location, and directs them to provide sufficient information for me to satisfy the request. it allows two-way communication and keeps every request organized on a list that I can prioritize and assign to other individuals or teams. As a manager, this is very valuable to be able to track what's getting done and what's possibly falling behind. It also helps people remain accountable with detailed work orders assigned that they have to complete and sign off on. Work orders also represent standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance procedures that are pre-scheduled with detailed checklist procedures associated.

The fact that I can keep track of all aspects of my maintenance duties.

At first I didnt see it as user friendly, but I feel like it was more learning the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of inventory and prices. Its also helped defining the top issues with our equipment.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - we got up and running very quickly and the asset and PM tracking is a huge improvement over our previous system.
Support - There are so many options for support: online chat or from our Customer Success Manager Jamie, Senior Implementation Consultant Tommy, or Enterprise Account Executive Brit, the response and support have been outstanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to change the close date on a Work Order Ticket
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With MaintainX we can now easily track our PM schedule. Notifications are sent of WO's that are due, we can view what the upcoming load looks like by day, week or month and set aside the needed resources.
MaintainX is also able to track our downtime and document any emergency repairs made to equipment.

MaintainX is so easy to use and customer support is a great resource.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the system is to use and than it also has a mobile app for when you're away from a desk. Entering information only takes a couple minutes. Customer service is quick and accessible and always ready to answer questions. This system was easy to implement into our daily work orders and has created an easy way to integrate all our information in one place. MaintainX has made our jobs easier so we can put our focus on other intricate parts of our work day 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I don't like about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX makes it easy for our techs in the field to access the app and complete a work order with ease and all the documentation to back job. It is also great for office staff who are putting in the work orders and pulling reports. It allows us to work smarter not harder.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seemless use between the desktop app and the smartphone app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more direct way to allow people to make a request on MX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team and I to accurately keep track of all the maintenance needs for our facility all on one platform. I like that we can create an accurate history of recurring problems.
Easy implementation, helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff
What do you like best about the product?
Best for building preventative maintenance. The software helps me schedule my day and track my work. Helps by taking a load off my mind, no more I think I did that. Build out your procedures to your customized needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly difficult to work around holidays. But I don't like to receive notifications that I haven't done my work because it was a holiday. Depend on how your work flow is set
