easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
accountability for getting PM's and regular items inputted for tracking

the ability to review the foundation videos after you have gone through the accadamy

instead of doing all this from my outlook calendar file i can now track items for eaiser look up

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of functionality, and they product/support team is amazing. They help customize features and roles to best fit our needs. Easy to hold team accountable. Implementation has been easy thanks to Mary and Gabe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long term, would like to see procedures/audits etc. under their own window, instead of everything under work orders. The term "work order" gets used for any procedure, whether thats an audit or procedure, or a true maintainance work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MTX has streamlined many processes for us, allowing us to track annd complete different jobs and procedures, despite the scale challeneges.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the support is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Inputting the assets and inventory was not as easy, but with the support received, it was pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of work orders in relation to each department and the ease of gathering information to support our preventive maintenance program.

What do you like best about the product?
I got MaintainX for the purpose of reducing paperwork and managing my employees. The software has been amazing! I am not really software savvy, but even so, MaintainX has been easy to set up and use, even for me!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything works the way it should!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX, I had to shuffle a mountain of paperwork, and my workers had to take time to fill out manual forms. Now they can just follow the procedures on their phone, and complete the work a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand. Straighforward to complete a work order. Easy platform for data storage and work order completion. The available resources for support are excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
No real dislikes. It is a flexible platform so any dislikes can be immediately fixed based on the needs of our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent platform for data storage on all our critical equipment in one spot. We used to manually do reminders through various tools like paper, outlook, email etc. None can compete with this one platform.
Helpful for our daily operations.

The thing I like most is all data is right in one section as is reporting. It has been such a huge asset to our department and company.

The lack of integration between Work Order info & Assest info. Would like them to update simultaneously.

High School Rennovation/Addition
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user friendly. We have a unique situation where we have turned over parts of a school and are still in site building new areas. MaintainX has allowed us to field maintenance requests from teachers for the entire school and it allows us to determine if it is new construction (contractor issue) or existing areas (school maintenance issue). Before MaintainX we were getting phone calls about the issues and now every teacher has access to MaintainX to submit a work order that we can track and get fixed without a middle man.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could get a PDF print out of filtered work orders that has the description of the work order. There is a summary printout now but it only shows the title. I wish it were to show the entire work order, or at least the description/comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a job site that has areas that we have rennovated or added onto the school that we have turned over that we have maintenance issues that are still under warranty. MaintainX allows us to field the work orders and determine if they are our new construction areas or if they are the existing school for the school maintenance team.
Couldn't be happier with our experience thus far!
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience so far has been night and day switching from our previous "dinosaur" CMMS program to MaintainX. The ease of implementation and overall use/navigation couldn't be smoother. The feedback from my maintenance team as well as the supervisor/requesters on the plant floor have all been 5 stars. The ability to enter and close out work orders, update inventory items and load equipment on the fly from a mobile device is a huge time saver for everyone. I honestly had no idea how much our old CMMS software was holding us back from a productivity standpoint.

We haven't encountered a single downfall or shortcoming working with MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is honestly solving everything that's been holding us back as a department in the 3 years I've been in my position. Our old CMMS program didn't allow us to tie manuals, drawings or other documents to assets which required my team to return to the maintenance shop and sort through paper manuals to troubleshoot. With MaintainX, all of our documentation is being digitized and tied to it's respective piece of equipment which my technicians can access from a tablet on real time while in the plant. Our previous program was horrible for tacking inventory, requiring all manual inputs which led to a lot of inventory count discrepencies resulting in excess parts we didn't need (lost money) or thinking we had parts to get a critical machine back to production when in fact we had zero of those parts in stock (lost money). Now with Maintainx and their QR code feature, each inventory item has its own code sticker that my techs simply scan from their tablet or phone and the count is automatically updated.
