Great Experience.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it easy to create, assign, and track work orders, ensuring that maintenance tasks are completed promptly. The ability to assign tasks to specific team members and monitor their progress in real-time helps maintain accountability and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. The maintain X team has been great in the start up phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not really a MaintainX issues: While the interface is intuitive, there may still be a learning curve for team members who are not as 'tech-savvy'. Ensuring that everyone is comfortable using the platform might require additional training sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX's preventive maintenance scheduling helps ensure that machinery is regularly serviced and inspected, reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns. MaintainX streamlines the creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders, ensuring that tasks are organized and completed on time. MaintainX also provides detailed reporting and analytics, offering insights into maintenance performance, equipment health, and operational efficiency.
Best work order and inventory management for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I started using MaintainX when I was the shop manager at a small landscaping company. I quickly fell in love with the ease of use and inventory tracking very quickly. The owners liked the reporting features and that it was super easy to set up and get using. We didn't have a previous solution so this was an absolute game changer for us. After leaving that company I came to a larger construction company and brought MaintainX with me in my position as Inventory and Equipment Manager. I use it numerous times during the day to set up parts purchasing, inventory usage and asset tracking for preventitive maintenace. Using some custom zaps customer support showed me and API calls we were able to tie it into our main accounting software. I highly, highly recommend this, especially for shop and equipment managers!
What do you dislike about the product?
The per seat price is higher than other software but at the advantage of a very powerful CMMS!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory and work order controls, purchase orders that were not previously being tracked smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and set up. I like that we can use QR codes for staff to make maintenance requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a but confusing but once you get in it makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to update user access with the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and number of features. The ability to use our mobile devices will help with completing work orders and PMs in real-time. Real-time inventory for parts will help prevent delays and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we cannot print out the procedure templates with notes and descriptions. We have to create a work order and then attach the template and then print out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will now have real-time inventory for parts to help prevent downtime and shipping delays. The mobile applications will be most beneficial when performing work orders and PMs. The calendar view is very beneficial for our technicans as we are a 24/7 facility.
Very versatile and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is versatile and very easy to use. It also has a good support team behind it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems slightly limited in available options.

It assists me with permitting work.
MaintainX is the ONLY way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is extremely end-user friendly. I am able to create and manage work orders in an organized and efficient manner. I am also able to design the way I would like my work orders laid out and that makes things so much easier! Support is ALWAYS ready to help and swift with their thorough responses. It is easy to train new employees to use and implement into their routines. I use it every day, so I am grateful for the quality of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used many other platforms for keeping track of projects, but this has been the best yet. There's nothing that I can think of that I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX solves all of the problems I come up with. Most recently, they were able to delete a duplicated site location for me.
MaintainX has been a very good solution to our needs.

MaintainX really helps keep our employees on track of what needs to be done and monitor their housrs. It is very nice that there is a spanish version of the system for our diverse employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time to get organized but once it is up and running, it is very easy to use and makes both regular and preventative maintenance a smooth process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system to send work orders directly to our maintenance team. They are now receiving those work orders in excellent time and it is easier than ever to access a history of the work done on assets to see what needs to be replaced. We also appreciate the way that the system holds employees accountable to the time they put in to a job and the quality of work that is done.
MaintainX is the most user friendly, intuitive, CMMS program I've ever used. I love it!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to use and the design and automations are very pleasing. I especially love that it is web based and lighting fast. The support and implemenation team have been amazing! My staff loves it! They are excited to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have none, except that I cannot wait to use all of its features someday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is collecting all the issues that we fix on a daily basis including preventative maintenance. It is a great communcation tool for our team. The automations are simple and keep us organized.
Smooth Implementation of MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
I believe MaintainX provides top of the line technology to accomplish the goals for any maintenance and reliability teams along with any business goals. Everything is created with the end user in mind that makes implementation smooth and easy to create buy in from your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. We are in the beginning stations of GO LIVE but so far everything has been easy to do and the support has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system has allowed us to funnel all truth concerning our assests for the business into one place. It has allowed us to get a better handle on organizing our Preventive Maintenance Program.

I enjoy that it unifies several aspects of the business that depend on eachother
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some things can not be customized, but I think thats due to my subscription.

It is creating a unified place for all of our purchasing and work orders. Previously, we had no organization and it was done on paper. This will streamline our processes and create accountability.
