What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use in both desktop and mobile app. The customer service is always attentive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more opportunity for in person training "boot" camps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has been very helpful in tracking machine downtime in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendly Interface – Easy for staff at all levels to pick up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have none at the moment.
The transition was very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventive Maintenance – Keeps recurring tasks (like HVAC checks, vehicle servicing, and equipment inspections) on schedule, which prevents costly breakdowns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about MaintainX for us has been the ease of use for our techs. It's been a game changer for us, because now our techs have the ability to pull up their work orders from their cell phones and update them in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge we've had so far is the reporting feature. MaintainX has a lot of data available for you to review, but you have to narrow down in the reporting section to get very specific reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped us solve our problem of inventory tracking. Before MaintainX, we really didn't track inventory at all, but their software's asset tracking has given us the ability to start this process.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a framework to organize maintenance activities and eliminate paper records
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run up against anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an organized framework for facility maintenance. Records are now electronically stored, eliminating paper. Allows us to set schedules for preventative maintenance and issues reminders when due.

What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX platform allows our users to easily categorize, track, complete, and report out on our large-scale maintenance requirements. We’re able to simplify workstreams and optimize technician time on equipment. The implementation team made introduction and set-up much easier than previous platforms we’ve used.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. The support team has been very receptive to improvements tailored to our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We maintain a large number of assets that need to be regularly maintenance. The MaintainX platform allows for us to easily manage work order schedules and assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
the support upon setup was a huge factor in our success. it can be rolled out in segments and built to the customers demands. it is very affordable for a plant that is new to a work order or inventory system. it has the bells and whistles to work with a new plant or a very established and integrated plant.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the bells and whistles are attached to a higher more expensive purchase plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
streamlined work order database. data collection for each asset. inventory system. all of these factors and more help manage a facility.

What do you like best about the product?
Automatic work assignments, centralized information, ease of ordering and creating PO's.
Documented proof attached to inspection reports.... MX is always improving the technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started and getting everyone on board can be burdensome for a few weeks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MX is helping me to consolidate records into a place where they should logically be and they can interact with each other.
Creating a systematic and automatic method of scheduling QC checks for machining quality and finished product inspections.
Making part orders and re-orders very easy. Makes my accounting dept happy.

What do you like best about the product?
With having what feels like a millions things to do, it keeps me organized and allows me to set mine and my employers priorities in order.
Secondly there is always an estimate of what certain projects are going to cost, the ability to track cost on specific projects to better understand what the project actually costing apposed to the estimate is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only downside I have is out of MaintainX's control. Getting requesters to use the app can be a bit of a chore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with a streamlined way to stay organized and get the projects and repairs done in a timely and efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about MaintainX was how easy it was to begin using! There is very little to no learning curve. If you can operate an Iphone, then you can use MaintainX. It was so easy to rollout to the maintenance group, and we were creating, editing, and completing work orders on day one!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much that i dislike about MaintainX. Every now and then, you might stumble on a bug or two, but MaintainX is constantly improving their product, and the customer support is phenomenal!.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping by bringing in new technology to a very dated plant. Old paper records and carbon copy work order books are easily being replaced by MaintainX.
