Excellent Reporting and Easy Report Migration to Excel
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the reporting section and how easy it is to migrate the reports to exel

the speed for uploading pictures when opening work orders could improve.. but maybe it is just my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X helps us with our day-to-day operations. It allows us to track productivity and recurring issues, which contributes to making better decisions.
Comprehensive CMS That Covers Everything We Need
What do you like best about the product?
It covers all bases of a CMS. From recurring work orders to inspections. We’ve been looking for a software like this for a few years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no perfect software, however

Easy Day to Day Work Orders and Clear Team Communication in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about MaintainX is how easy it is to use day-to-day. Creating work orders, tracking tasks, and checking maintenance history is pretty straightforward, which makes it a lot easier to stay organized. It also helps keep communication clear between the team since everything is in one place instead of spread across emails, texts, or paper notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do like the app, but it's not as clear and easy to use as the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us keep maintenance work organized and visible for the whole team. Instead of work orders, updates, and notes being scattered across different places, everything lives in one system. That makes it a lot easier to track what’s been done, what still needs attention, and the maintenance history of equipment.
Invaluable, Intuitive Tool for Tracking Assets, Work Orders, and Spare Parts
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX offers an easy to use, intuitive experience, which has helped me to track assets, create work orders as well as a spare parts inventory. MaintainX has been an invaluable tool. Easy to manipulate and add data, great customer support. Very handy to have an app that I can have on my cell phone as I move about the facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind in terms of dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress and completion of workorders is by far the best feature for my experience.
Outstanding Training and Helpful Support from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
Very good introduction to the system to help us make an informed decision on which system to go with.
The installation team was very helpful with assisting us on building the work sheets and uploading all our PM's . Our account rep is very good at answering our questions in a timely fashion. The training modules are outstanding.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time , we haven't any major concerns as we are still going through the learning curve with the plant rollout
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system has allowed us to document all work orders and requests . No more verbal requests is accepted. It must be a documented request. All our PM's are in one place to easily retrieve by asset. We can also start to track types of work orders and completions as well as costs.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate.

When exporting reports by date, it doesn't always pull the same date range.

They've added a lot of Ai integrations.

Have not found anything i dislike, there are so bug issues with the workload view though not loading the times correctly

the work order does not move on the calender view to the next day if not completed on the start date. it only shows on the due day.

Easy to Learn, Super Efficient on Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
System is easy to learn and using the app on your phone makes it more efficient than ever!

Nothing stands out as a "dislike" for me.

Keeping inventory up to date and using QR codes really helps cut down on paperwork, making the whole process simpler and more efficient.
Very User-Friendly and Intuitive Experience with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is VERY user friendly! You don't need to be a rocket scientist to understand how to use MaintainX, it is very intuitive to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, for me, is the fact that there is no long term visual for workorders on the calendar. I would like to see a workorder show visually (like a diminishing "bar" for as long as the W.O. is open, until it's due date.)
Say, the workorder is a month long. From the start date to the due date, there would be a bar that diminishes and maybe changes color as you get closer to the due date.

We had NO workorder management system in place before MaintainX, so this is a HUGE upgrade for us.
We have solved W.O. communication issues. We use MaintainX to control some inventory stock, while using the QR code system.
