MaintainX has improved efficiency and helped to be better organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about MaintainX is not having to keep up with a piece of paper that often times gets lost. The ability to have access at any time without having to search through a stack of papers is amazing. As a result, having a digital paper trail that shows what you have done helps alleviate other issues. It is easy to setup and teach others to use. Customer support is always there to help with anything that might be needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using MaintainX in my perspective is getting others to utilize it to the potential it can be used. This is not anything pertaining to MaintainX directly, just the workforce in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving issues with work orders not being done. In the past issues have been verbally relayed or wrote down on a piece of paper and been forgotten or lost. Being able to input information through MaintainX and create work orders has helped to better resolve issues and also be able to track what has been completed. The benefits of this has helped tremendously in lowering guest complaints.
Best CMMS for the money
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very easy app to use. We were able to pick it up and go with an hour of training. The implementation was easy as well. The only hiccup we had was a transition in account managers. The IM customer service works great. We were even able to suggest improvements to the current state. We use this every day and use all of the different features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would allow Purchase orders to be linked to work orders. This would be a great impovement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintianX is allowing us to keep track of our PM's and breakdowns. The best feature is accounting for the cost of repairs. Something we did not do before we implemented MaintianX

What do you like best about the product?
Mx is great! It helps me connect the dots as a service manager. It allows different departments to have input and connects it all together. I especially like that the assets can be associated with the Locations and Work Orders, as well as the customizable procedures and work orders
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could customize the Time & Cost Tracking more. I would love to be able to edit the labels there better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the dots between purchase orders, work orders, procedures, and inventorys. Saves me a lot of time! This program is more ment for big companies but I have easily adapted it to a small company use.
Easy to use, great support, works across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy for our users to operate. We like how customizable the work order options are. It works well with Android and Apple and has a good web portal as well. Tech support via chat was very helpful, resolving all issues in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting recurring preventative work orders to populate exactly how you want is tricky, but MaintainX tech support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has replaced our old work order software. It is streamlined and works across platforms. MaintainX tech support is phenomenal and resolves issues quickly. Adding procedures that can be tied to a work order is very helpful for training and standardization.
I do not miss the days before MX
What do you like best about the product?
Every work order request is seen immediately by multiple teammembers on different levels. So every issue is sorted out using input from everyone's experience & expertise rather than making a dozen separate phone calls. I use Mx frequently & am so glad it is part of our company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications & tech things on the back end are frustrating. However, Mx help gets right on it & sorts it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mx makes getting repairs done quick & easy! It has opened up lines of communication that were not previously available. Helps tremendously with managing several locations & keeping everything in order. I love there is a priority option so minor requests can be low priority for future repairs or upgrades.
Looking for the best CMMS....MaintainX is it!
What do you like best about the product?
User freindly desktop and mobile app. Easy to navigate, fast, effective and efficient. Our representiative, Tristan Gosset, made implemenation and onbaording a snap.

To date we have nothing that requires change, the system is exactly what we were looking for.

Correcting deficiencies in our current PM process. Inventory management.
Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
We are new to using MaintainX; however, so far i am extremely impressed. The implementation process was so easy. They have a great team for this process that supports you the entire time. It is so easy to use and navigate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negatives at this time as we just started using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better able to track spending per asset.

Asset Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love that MaintainX is easy to use for both desktop and tablet/mobile users. The integration team is extremely attentive and the customer service is top notch. We successfully migrated our paper-based system to a fully electronic system using MaintainX and the results have been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The greatest challenge with MaintainX for us, was getting users to complete the work orders appropriately. Some work orders were left "In-progress" because individuals were not marking the order as "Done". A few additional training sessions fixed this. One thing I would like to see more of is some additional customizations for user permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining accurate equipment documentation records were troublesome on our paper based system. It was difficult to track when, if, and who performed maintenance activities. However, these records are a regulatory requirement for medical device manufacturers. By adopting MaintainX we have become more compliant, reduced paper waste, and have improved engagement within the production staff for performing equipment maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
We find the most helpful features offered by MaintainX are a user friendly and intuitive layout, their mobile app, and outstanding technical and customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a higher dreee of customization of work orders service requests. However, this isn't an issue as everything seems to be laid out pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to consistently track and organize service requests, work orders, parts inventory, assets, and asset information. All of this data is available any time wether from a desktop or a mobile device. Also, communication and documentation are improved with the use of pictures.
