It has everything we need

What do you like best about the product?
We have spent years searching for maintenance and asset tracking system for our restaurants and have tried multiple approaches with very little success with different applications. We have 14 locations and it's hard to keep track of which asset is where, how many times has it needed to be repaired, and where are the parts needed to repair our equipment. I came across Maintain X and it had everything we've been looking for. Our end users and requestors love it due to ease of tracking an asset's repair history and submitting requests. From the administrator side, It's easy to build reports, import and build a proceedural library, and stay organized in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any issues with their system and service. They have spent a great deal of time meeting with us and helping us upload our assets into their platform for us. They assigned us a rep who took us through every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a hard time keeping track of assets at 14 locations. This included work history, parts inventory, and ease of ordering parts. We have seen a decrease in multiple requests on the same peice of equipment for the same problem. Our maintenance teams loves this.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that we can use all functions via the phone is what makes it best app ever!!
What do you dislike about the product?
so far, nothing. the staff of maintain x are helpful in every way. they make the effort to wake up early and attend our meeting! singapore and the US!!
time diffrent 12hrs i think? but yeah..effort and commitment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
inventory especially! plus they make my equipment data sheet looks proffessional!

Best CMMS I have used in my Career

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicty of it. I am able to complete everything I need to, its very user friendly. I utlized the locations as a parts location rather than a multi site or adderess. This allowed tight invetory and it alllows anyone to find a part needed by having just three letters or numbers.

If information is given the the MaintainX team, they have done their best so far to help with my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additions I would add to the purchase orders, being in the reporting. Anything we track we should be able to report. It would be ideal to be able to add a machine to a purchase order or vise versa for cost reporting.

Downtime reporting is a bit off unless your running 24/7. The uptime should allow us to put in our run hours, as it reports uptime as idle time, uless we go in and reclassify each machine, This is very tedious. I do the math.

Work orders would be ideal if they had a lost time or down time box. if the box is checked, it would automatically ask if the machine needs time for the repair, is down, lost time due to the breakdown...so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX controls my parts inventory, machine uptime, purchase orders, vendor calls with work orders, and it has some awesome features. Anyone can be a requester, meaning anyone with an email can put in a work order request that you have sent a link to. This is an awesome feature. This feature puts miles on the rest. It is simple, easy to use, and self explaintory.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability is amazing! We are able to apply the features to just about every facet of our business from creating work orders, managing supply, to tracking mileage on vehicles. Completely changed how we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found a downside to this platform. Everything I need is included and the May I use it the more capabilities I'm discovering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, we were very reactive and really lacked in tracking of assets. Now we are performing planned maintenance and have 100% better asset visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Very responsive website, apps. Modern, clean interface. Incredibly customizable. Customer services reps were easy to approach, and willing to work with us to meet our needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The user permission features are only available in the enterprise tier. This means that all employees using the software can edit all company assets, work orders, procedures, etc. This feature should be available at all tiers, not only enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want our PMs to be digitized, moving away from paper. We also want to track our reactive vs preventative maintenance and the auto generated reports in MaintainX help with that.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has allowed us to streamline our maintenance needs throughout multiple companies, creating an invaluable amount of organization. The customer service has been incredible, they are always available to show you how to utlize MaintainX to its full capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been challenging to try to under stand the reporting aspect of things. Everything we need is there, it is only a matter of trying to get to that layer. Also if we had a "View Only" option, this was owners could see everything going on without having to pay for them as a main user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to keep everything at the tips of our fingers without having to rifle through paperwork or emails. We are able to track progress and communicate about things that need to get done all through one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has the ability to transform the way you conduct maintenance. The most basic feature of raising a work request and generating work orders for your team is handled very well by the software, and it shows. Also, you can see that many features are thought about from conception. Things that you perhaps wouldn't consider (such as inventory management or exporting to excel) have already been embedded and are ready to be used whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfair to say, but in the interest of improving things; MaintainX would be well served with some further integration with workplace software. The basics are covered, but not being integrated with SAP from the start will have been a sticking point for some. Luckily, we were able to proceed before they announced such improvements. I suppose that is the beauty of the ever-evolving system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX proactively pushes you from being a reactive site, to a preventative model in an organic way. The team can easily review previous work order history, or even view PDF manuals and maintenance reports if needed. All of this can occur seamlessly through the app on a mobile phone or tablet. This makes a big difference for a team who might otherwise need to return to a desktop, then upoad pictures etc. MaintainX takes the legwork out of the task for you.

What do you like best about the product?
u can see a request, give it to the maintenance team to fix it, and get report at the same time, if it is sorted or not. so u can close the job or get extra tools to fix the problem
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is when someone sends you a normal message u don't get a ringtone to it if they can be a way your app can ring to notify? at the same time that we be wonderful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When a student request for something to be fix in the room it very easy a quick to solve it, without them coming to officer and sending a long email

What do you like best about the product?
The maintain x system is overall a game changer. From being able to add procedures, to QR codes, to customization for all your needs. It really is a fantastic software. Extremley user friendly and the mobile app is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side that I can say about Maintain X is that I wish there was a way to get notifications for Emergency work orders via SMS, and email on the weekends just to avoid from having to check the app constantly on the weekends when you are trying to relax.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity,on both ends when it comes to requesting work order and completing work orders.
Not only that but submitting photos and completing work order has never been easier with maintain X.
My techs can upload anything pertaining to the work order, complete them, and jump right back into the field in record time.
