Maintain X is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy MaintainX is to use. I also love the customer support we get from Eric and Jamie. They always have time to answer questions and walk us through everything we ask for help on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could add more than just one asset to a work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think as of right now MaintainX is helping EPIC Mid in so many areas. Part inventory is a huge thing right now for us. As well as writing new procedures as we add new asset online.
1st year with MaintainX
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about MaintainX is how easy it is to use. Everything from setting up procedures to actually completing work orders has been set up to be simple to use and easy to navigate. The support team worked with us to get all our information transfered over and did a great job explaining how everything worked within the system. This helped to make the transition to a new system much easier than what we had expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to batch print work orders if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to better track our equipment and it is making it much easier for the technicians on the shop floor to request and complete work orders.
Simple to use and train users, Very flexible and works for our unique use case.
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and adaptiveness of MaintainX is fantastic. Comparing with several other competitors, it would have been hard to fit them to our needs. It is also a UI and visual update compared to any other option. Very simple and easy to use. Within an hour, I understood how to do the majority of its capabilities. This has allowed us to train users quickly and help them know what to do, but also document what they did. The company was flexible with us and offered unique subscription because of our use case. Their API is awesome, as I will at times create large numbers of assets, work orders and now takes minutes instead of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of capablities that had other use cases in mind and as such don't work great for our needs. There are also some capabilities that I would like, but are not available. That said, MaintainX is continuously updating and making improvements. They are very responsive to customer feedback and will look into adding functionality for various use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing clear documentation to the history of our assets, it helps us to organize our installation, and maintenance efforts. It allows for more hands off ability for our project managers and allows more automony to workers.
Robust CMMS software
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
so far I haven't ran into anything I didn't like with Maintainx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintainx has been great tool, having a CMMS system where you can get a quick snapshot on where you stand with assets and work load has been very helpful.
Works well to track PM and RM on testing instrumentation
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to use and is intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the feature had a better time tracking feature. It does allow you to log it manually but it does not track it. You canclik start time with the mobil app and it will tell you how long something took but then it does nothing with that time, unless you put it in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventative maintenance and reactive maintenacne tracking. It also allowed us to standardize our preventative miantenance program in aguided way.
Organized Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using MX is to control to see where all my Assets are in one place. With easy Dashboards and follow-up processes, MX has become a crucial software in our company. We also manage an entire warehouse using the Parts section. With over 500 different parts and over 100 jobs, MX makes it simple to track what parts went to which job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an Inventory Mode where all work orders with parts would have to be closed out or properly accounted for

Workflow and Communication. Asset management.

Easy to learn,ease of implementation and the customer support is great.

as of now i have not seen a down side of Maintainx.

MaintainX is very user friendly and versatile, we are adapting many things and using it across many maintenance platforms, even fleet.

Nothing I can think of, it is a very helpful tool.

We've created a checklist feature with meters entry, and all of our PMs are on track.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having to create the same procedure for each Organization, instead of creating one and applying it to all Organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX allows us to have all of our work orders on one platform. It helps our techs complete work orders in a timely fashion. It also helps us track when and if our sites go down and how long they are done until our teams can get them back up and running. MaintainX also allows us to have monthly, quarterly, and a yearly cadence for reoccuring work orders including preventive maintenance, site assessments, and preparing our sites for the different seasons to name a few. MaintainX also has great reporting features to keep track of our teams performance throughout the year.
Very good in the end.

The way we can catagorise all the different assets and the excellent customer support, in particular NIck who was great help and sooved all our problems.

Learning all the different aspects which can be too complicated.
