Endless Use cases

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been the easiest thing to implement. The massive list of features are easily customisabe and have allowed me to solve countless operational issues on top of our maintenance functions.
Rolling-out MaintainX to a large number of technology-averse users has also been a breeze due to how simple and easy to use the app functions are.
I still haven't found a problem it cannot solve in some way.
The Customer Support is also the most responsive I've ever dealt with. Other companies should really take note because they've clearly got it all figured out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The massive amount of features reminds me how far my organisation has to go to improve its processess...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is allowing us to easily schedule our annual works program and allocate to our workforce.
It is allowing us to stay more conected to our workforce with easier communication channels.
It is also providing us a simple way to manage maintenance inspections and requests over a large quantity of assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has been essential for efficiently managing a big amount of assets in our plant. The tool offers robust tracking of historical failures and precise maintenance statistics, critical for quick and effective decision-making. Additionally, we love online reporting, which allows supervisors to respond to field needs in real time. This agility and flexibility have significantly improved our asset management, enabling us to maintain high operational standards with a limited team. Highly recommended for its efficiency and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to configure different user profiles in our premium plan openly is a con, I don't think we should pay extra for something that is a must-have. Apart from that all ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned detailed user profile configuration.

Implementation has been painless.

What do you like best about the product?
We are just starting with this system. The implementation has been painless. Lara was very helpful and informative. The system is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We have just started using the program for work orders this week. Integration with QuickBooks is our next step. I'm looking forward to seeing how that will work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only downside I see is that it is a lot of new information and an entirely new process for us to learn. Change can be hard when you have been doing things the same way for fifteen years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My technicians being able to access vehicle information/history on-site via the VIN# barcode is a game changer! They do not need to contact the office to find out what has been done to check for warranty or inspection status. This will free up our office manager and myself considerably.

Intuitive and Powerful for Maintenance Management

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate MaintainX for its reliable request portal, robust preventive maintenance schedule/tracker, and document storage. It's the best balance between ease-of-use and robust capabilities I've found. Unlike larger systems like Maximo, MaintainX is quite intuitive to use, which makes it easier to get new technicians up to speed and reduces tedium in recordkeeping. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the team was good to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some seemingly simple things that I'd like to see implemented. They include: The ability to customize asset info fields based on asset type; The ability to toggle between PM creation based on completion of last WO vs. date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides a reliable request portal, a robust PM schedule/tracker, and document storage. It's intuitive, balancing ease-of-use and capabilities, solving issues I faced with larger systems. It helps us maintain effective preventive and reactive maintenance without a steep learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use it on phone, tablets or computers. Cloud based system but you can still work on offline mode. Also, like the analysis feature that gives so much clearity on on going issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs that sometime annoys the end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping all the records for all maintenance work. Can analyze for better understanding of assets and process.

Organizing an unorganized mind

What do you like best about the product?
For non gadget freidly users its extremely easy to use and navigate to the various screens. It has more the enough features so i can include extra information and this makes us use it much more than other systems weve tried. Me personally like the support they give even the most minute issue they give incredible attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a screen that shows all my guys at a glance and what they are presently doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Archiving repair histories and parts usages

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is intuitive and easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it may be too simplistic and limit some of the possibilities to customize certain aspects of work order variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regulatory documentation, process standardization, metrics for decisions, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX never lets you forget what needs to be done so long as you've let it know what needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all!! MaintainX has shown us everything we neglected in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX made us take the time to create very detailed PM's for our machinery and uptime has increased noticeably.

What do you like best about the product?
How organized everything is compared to my current CMMS. Tommy was a great implementaiton specialist who helped us virtually create a new program from the ground up.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found any inconsitencies or problems with the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me and my team to clearly see and use Work Orders. Maintain X also has a ton of metering solutions and compiles data for a variety of different occurences to help project an accurate picture of what is happening in our facility.
