Amazing Service - Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
The implamentation was incredably easy because of the MaintainX supoort staff. The product continues to help our Maintenance team be successful
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenging part of MaintainX is Full time Users and Administrators cannot do work requests, they need to be created work orders. Not a big deal, we found a work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal when switching CMMS's was to have the field workers go completly mobile and paperless. MaintainX has allowed for work order creation and completion as well as hazard assessments to be completed 100% paperless and mobile.

Easy to use and teach-With properties across multiple countries, makes a way to easily manage all expenses all in one place!

Nothing. Every aspect of this program is great.

Budget tracking and freeing up time.
Remote & Field Teams Work Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Our Remote/in-office staff has access to field data in live time and on a daily basis. We can do the administrative work of creating Procedures and establishing a Work Order schedule that our Field Team can implement and edit as needed. Our executives utilize Reporting to make critical decisions about problem solving and priorities. We've been able to establish standards as a young company that has supported our huge growth the last two years. We have access to high quality support at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX training is what our team needs most. We look forward to more training resources from MaintainX to create more ease in implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seven field teams (and more soon) all over the country. The rest of us are in an office in yet another location. Staying on the same page about asset health and facility management is crucial. We now use MaintainX for safety and compliance as well as incident reporting. We are establishing our Purchase Orders into MX to cut down work in our Finance department, as well.

the way we are able to put our data and use it on a daily basis. we primarily use it for product inventory and sales
Great, customer support is top notch and capability of the software is very high

The windows and IOS formats, it work smoothly on different devices preferred by users

Some features have lots of options and can feel clunky if not using all of the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of preventative and reactive work for the maintenance team. One place we can keep track of projects open and the next steps to complete.
MaintainX is an excellent maintenance program but so much more!
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is far more than an average maintenance program, It takes some time to build it out, but when you do everything becomes integrated. Within a work order you can take photos of the affected area or part, you can add parts directly from your inventory, manufacturer bulletins such as recall bulletins or even a digital copy of the owners manual. You can also attach every part to an asset and track that assets health: How often does it break? How long does it take on average to fix? How much is that asset costing in maintenance? All questions that are answerable with this program
Beyond the convenience of it all, the MaintainX teams are very knowledgable and eager to assist with any problems. I would not hesitate to sign up again, I just wish I had really capitalized on all the features it offers sooner.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an option where my requester only people can use it to complete the standard daily checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing I love is that everything is fully integrated, I no longer have a ridiculous excel file to keep track of inventory for five locations. It's fully built out within MX and I don't even have to leave the program to order replacement parts, I can simpley generate a purchase order and send it directly to the vendor.
Probably the greatest aspect of MX is that it significantly reduces downtime. As previously mentioned every aspect of MX is integrated, which means you can track how often a component is failing... from there you can make assesments about a particular part or asset, and see if maybe it's time to move on from that particular item.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps us stay organized and up to date on work orders. Also helps me schedule my staff for the week

I dont like how all my notifications go away after I click on one. I lose things I wanted to look at.

It is helping with preventive maintenance and that is saving in down time

MaintainX is an essential tool for companies that provide or receive facility maintenance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although I do not dislike anything about MaintainX, I have trouble getting repeat work orders to generate properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps me solve inventory issues by automatically letting me know when critical parts are low or out of stock.
MaintainX lets you know when work orders are overdue, as well as generating work orders for failed or flagged items on PMs.

There is really nothing i dislike this program checks all the boxes

The ability to create work orders and keep track of works being done and having the ability to reference any work orders no matter how long it was completed
MaintainX has been a game changer for us.

All technicians can look back on previous calls and what has been done to units. The customer support is quick and helps quickly.

I have not found anything I dislike with MaintainX.
