Taking a PM mess from ExpressMaintenance and turning it into a well-oiled PM machine with Maintain X
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of being able to create a WO and send it to my men
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no down sides of maintain X, we should have done this years ago!

It solves the issue of timelines with PMs

What do you like best about the product?
The Enterprise Version has truly been a game changer. The mobile app is incredibly easy to use and makes things much more convenient, especially when it comes to printing QR codes for equipment identification. Inspectors who check for maintenance compliance are consistently impressed, and some have even expressed interest in adopting our approach to help other organizations facing similar challenges. Managing assets and looking up parts is always just a few clicks away. The PM procedures are straightforward, with clear prompts that ensure we never miss a step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imputing data plate information can be tedous and time consuming. (but it is very worth the time in case of ineligible data plate in the future.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PM tracking. Prediction of down time. History of repairs and vendors of repairs is so nice. template work orders are a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly love that this application is super user friendly and very easy too learn! It was super easy also to get started and to get everyone onboarded. The customer support has honestly been phenomenal and there is always someone waiting too help when it is needed! I use maintain X everyday too keep track of everything that needs to be done and it has made my life a whole lot easier. The amount of features on maintainx also outshines the competition a great amount in my personal opinon! The last thing that really took me by storm was how easy it was too integrate this software into our technology and our maintenance teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly could not give anything that I truly dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of our staff contacting a lot of our administrators personal phones and has made it a lot easier for the teams at the school to work together on certain things!
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
We like that we are able to have our assets, inventory & all work orders in one program. We are brand new but very excited to start using the program on a daily basis. This program will take away so much of the paperwork and logging we do on a daily basis and it will all be at our fingertips. Reporting will all be in one program as well. The team of MaintainX have been amazing to work with and have helped us navigate thru the implementation very painlessly.

Haven't found any yet... Hopefully we dont. :)

Awesome technology and support
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about MaintainX for my daily efforts to maintain building and office functionality, is its intuitive nature. The specifications of locations, assets, and vendors help to ensure that all basis around covered. The MaintainX support team is continuously working with our Facilities and Construction Team to see how they can best support us, and tweak the software to meet our needs. Our team usings MaintainX throughout each day to keep abreast of pending repairs, status, and how well we are doing internally in response time. The implementation has been easy. The system integrates with other applications, such as calendaring. We're looking to integrate more as we move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, no downside or characteristic that is considered not up to par.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of having multiple locations, within a single location, with many moving parts. MaintainX allows the easy management of multiple works orders, with special identifiers - low, medium, high - and a communication link with each administrator on the Facilities Mangement team. We are all in the know. With its mobile application, we can reference Work Orders that are open and provide immediate answers to our customers.

Having to ask for user data on a regular basis

Keeping track of work orders and billing
Meeting expectations in next gen software that will be the bridge industry 3.0 to a 4.0 metaverse.
What do you like best about the product?
From global parts, to integration to ancillary learning platforms, to an enterprise deployment team for reworking initial role out as business needs increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
More proceedurial certification training when employees level up skills in preforming procedures. Before adapting a procedure have auto generate a pre-quiz to certify you know how to preform procedures. Need more AI interaction and having a user companion that answers technical questions or functions as needed during day to day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally integrating standard nomenclature and implementation of locations/assets to record up/downtime and unification of cross functional teams. Generating reports of costs and optimizations month - month to support or create new strategies of of people, places, resources, and investment with single lines of communication.

is very well layout, so makes it real easy to go through every part of it

I would love to be able to have more than two levels when it comes to assets

how to schedule and keep track in a daily basis of Maintenance for every piece of equipment

The ease of use, the new updates,Customer service is great.

There is nothing yet that I dislike. I don't think there will be anything.

It is helping us organize our work orders, parts inventory and our all around reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a useful tool for my maintenance team. Their support is second to none and always willing to find answers and think outside the box. They are constantly improving their software to track data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the mobile version was a little closer to the desk top version. Better inventory tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of work orders and assisting in asset health tracking. Tacking asset health in MX will help our overall capex plan.
