What a great system! User friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I have had my share of experience of many other ERP systems and this one is the most user friendly without the loss of reporting!
I am used to working on larger scale ERPs, like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards. Not one other ERP software company would be so approachable, willing to listen to our feedback and actually implement the changes, suggestions we've offered to them, into the latest versions of MaintainX.
I have been able to ask for adjustments tweaks, and about half of them have been implemented. Many other suggestions MaintainX thought they were good enough ideas to take to their engineers for possible future releases. I work in MaintainX daily and ask them a lot of questions weekly
Luis, Benjo, Nick, Ana are just a few of their highly accomplished and very skilled techs/ IT team members which provide the best customer service.
My sites took a couple of weeks on the learning curve to use MaintainX but with the ease of intergation. They were calling the vendor and placing the order. That has been a big adjustment for them. I can proudly say with some light coaching they are submitting 98% accurate purchase orders and we have only been using it a couple of months.
It is with confidence I may recommend MaintainX for your system management tool and enterprise resource planning software.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. No way to discount a PO, either down by taxes and totals, no at a part level
2. Cost of goods doesn't go past the second decimal
3. In purchase orders- when someone uploads a file, or makes a comment the only way you know is a small blue dot next to the purchase order. When you thousands of POs that isn’t particle. We need a notification when someone makes a comment or uploads into a purchase order.
4. Vendor Contacts- need a space for 2 phone numbers in the day and time
5. Currently no Cost costing system we can use.

They have been huge supporters of everything I've brought to them about possible adjustments, additions or changes to the system.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to check on the status of repairs to our fleet and how simple it is to look up every repair or inspection that has been completed. I spend more time on MaintainX than I do on pretty much any other program these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I have found to be clunky or impractical for us, our MaintainX account manager has made sure to address and help us find solutions for.

Our MX project manager and admin would have more insight into this, but I know that they have worked on implementing any changes we've requested,

Not all functions are avalable on mobile which often causes issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX brings a single point of reporting to our production, eliminating any verbal or other forms of lost communication which results in a clear and definitive yes or no to maintenace issues being reported.
MaintainX is an incredibly helpful platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it has so many features and yet is so intuitive and easy to use! Every time that we come up with something that might be useful to our team, we ask our account manager and he always has the right solution for us. The customer support is amazing, and they are always adding new features and doing a great job of how to most optimally use them. We use MaintainX for so many different aspects of our maintenance organization, and it is the perfect platform for all of our needs. We haven't fully started using the integration abilities, but we are excited to do so when the time comes, as they are a very powerful resource. Overall, it is an amazing platform and fulfills every need of support that we have in maintenance. I could not reccommend this any more! Get MaintainX!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much that I dislike about MaintainX. I think the only thing that can be annoying sometimes is that I can't always drag a picture to upload it as a file and have to download the images I want to attach to something before uploading, but that isn't a huge deal and everything else works really well. ESPECIALLY when compared to other CMMS platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has really helped us to organize our preventative maintenance, as well as our asset information. We are now able to track all the information for every asset in an area and the data from that is automatically put into graphs that are easy to understand and demonstrate that information well. Everything that used to be individually tracked now communicates with itself, and we can connect all the things that we would like to connect together. It's a great platform to make procedures and to incorporate those procedures into work orders. Our team is now able to have a much better idea of what is going on with everything related to maintenance, and all of the features have made each process in maintenance much more convenient.

I like how simple and easy it is to use the system, both the computer version and the application

At the moment I haven't found anything I don't like.

We had no records of preventive maintenance, creating scheduled WorkOrders for PM.
Maintain X has helped to steamline our maintenance department!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform has helped us to manage, organize and prioritize our work orders! It is very easy to use and the reporting tools are also a huge bonus!

There is nothing I currently dislike about the program.

It helps our organization to delegate work orders and organize based on priorty of the task
Great facilities program
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is definitely helping with logging what needs to be done, allocation of jobs, and showing what has been done. This allows us to show more accurate reporting of where we have the most issues. It is also very helpful with having the QR codes for asset management and location reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could possibly be added or streamlined, especially in the app. It would also be nice to have a cheaper option for people who are doing the work, but who are not admins. We are a church and have many volunteers that help with the work. It would be great if they could be able to log in to a central volunteer/worker bee account. Everyone could log in to the same account to see what needs to be done, what has been done, and to report when there is an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to better keep track of what problems need to be addressed around the facility. In the past, people would either email me or stop me in the hall to tell me about something. 90% of the time, those requests would just fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The Software is very easy and userfriendly to work with. The procedure libray is a great tool. When you call customer service they are very friendly and offer great tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not anything negative I can say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our monthly Pm's and we are able to see when WO's are added and able to get the problem solved quickly.
