From nothing, to something, to everything
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of how this is setup out of the box afforded us the luxury to hit the ground running to build the system quickly yet allows for a lot of customization to handle the nuances of facilities' foundry maintenance items.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the lack of "Quote Request" today; there is only a purchase order feature. While that is nice, it does not make other users aware that a quote request has been submitted, which can cause confusion and/or double work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having MaintainX, there was no system in place that was a one does all approach, and this allowed us to take the fragmented systems and build a holistic one..
Great Software for Asset Management!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, very responsive not to mention great support from the Maintain X Team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Hybird it does not provide a 3D interface of our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my own use case it is specifically asset management and work orders managing our OT Enviroment Assets. This used to be handled in Excell prior and now there is a standard platform that compiles all of it in a single service.
Makes Work Easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It is beneficial to see what is happens with every ticket created at each location and live chat on who is involved. That way, everyone is on the same page with no confusion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I can complain about with this system as of right now..........................................................................................
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps you and your team know exactly where you are on a work orders with down equipment and facility issues and or problems. I a ticket is still open and what has or has not been completed to fix the issues.
A very intuitive software that works on the floor.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive software, easy to use for managing maintenance workloads. Support is very responsive. A dedicated account manager greatly helps in building out for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large or long procedures on Android mobile apps are very unresponsive and lag. It would be nice if the search could be filtered to include keywords in descriptions (for assets, parts, work orders, etc.) rather than just titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging what happens in the factory. Planning preventive maintenance. Improved communication within the maintenance department and upper management. Accountability!

What do you like best about the product?
All work orders go straight to the employee's phone and then to mine when they are done with the work order.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get a notification insted of a email when parts inventory is low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventative maintenance through procedures on a work order are now getting done correctly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX provides very simple procedures to create and record a detailed parts inventory as well as recurring work orders to easily be distributed among mechanics. This system has helped us keep a better track of open PO's and the aparts we should be receiving and using.
Super user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is super user-friendly and very customizable! For the size of our organization, we have struggled to find an easy way to submit work orders and bring issues to our maintenance team's attention; this application assists us with providing the details, even down to the priority level, instantly to our maintenance team in order to complete the work orders successfully!
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I have had a very smooth transition over to Maintain X. The only issue I can mention is not being able to adjust assignees more than a week in advance. For instance, when we have house managers on vacation, I can only go in a week before the vacation to change the assignee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintain X is helping us solve our issues with Maintenance work orders being entered and completed timely. Maintain X is also assisting us with collecting Community Home Reviews, which are automatically sent to our house managers to complete twice a week! Maintain X is benefitting us by organizing the information super conveniently for our organization.

Maintain X has solved our issues of us trying to asset manage ourselves when this simple program can do it all for us.

Work order creations are simple, to the point and easy to find and complete.
The parts inventory is clear, precise and very helpful when combined to purchase orders.
All in all, MaintainX is likely the BEST CMMS software on the market, can't wait for updates to come in the future it'll only make it better!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the application since November 2022, and to be frank, the only complaint I have is the hierarchy of assets. When entering an asset you can then add a sub-asset and it stops. Another sub-sub would be beneficial for us and I'm sure others too. I have contacted MaintainX about this issue and they seem to be working on a solution as far as I know.

Assets registry which existed but nothing was easy to find.
Work order creation and follow-up.
Purchase order to keep track of parts ordered and what was received vs not.
