What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is versatile and easy to use for maintenance scheduling. It is also useful for reactionary maintenance issues as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX is lacking on inventory capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MaintainX for maintenance planning and inventory movement tracking.

MaintainX Has Made it All Manageable. Safety, Maintenance and Compliance

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is extremely easy to use and the heirarchy of the software is logically linked. The meter triggers are exceptionally valuable, and in the course of just a few weeks I've been able to identify holes in procedural efficiency and close them. The category management makes quick break down reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found little to complain about with MaintainX. My only criticisms relate to fluff features found in other software that MaintainX chose wisely not to focus on in their product development, however, I would love it if they incorporated asset pin mapping capabilities for facility maps for inspection items like fire extinguisher locations. However Multi-Assets on a work ticket is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically, workflow communication for tasks and ensuring that tasks are completed timely.

Well, I like the most is the ease of use and the ease of navigating through the system

I'm yet to find anything that I dislike about MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been resolving parts batching in the parts inventory and I've sent me an in-depth video on how to do this

What do you like best about the product?
We use this every day and it's a great way to stay organized and streamlined. Very customizable to your needs. Love working with our reps who are very helpful and quick with solutions and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some improvements to be made, but I feel heard by staff with my suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of offices spread throughout different states, and this software helps us stay connected and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX and its custom procedures has made training of new technicians extremely easy. It is also very easy to spot mistakes and stay organized, even with large numbers of assets that are active. One of the very best features of MaintainX is its API and webhook capabilities, which we have used to create highly automated and custom workflows, saving us tons of time every week! This has also allowed us to integrate with other third party tools, to further optimize our processes. It has become the backbone of our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that there is no map and route planning functionality has made us reliant on other tools for this. However, with MaintainX's API integrating with these tools was very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to provide much better, preventetive maintenance and keep track of everything we do. This has also opened up a lot of doors with regards to automation, and therefore saves us tons of time whilst at the same time helping us keep track of all of our assets and locations.

the ability to review the foundation videos after you have gone through the accadamy

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of functionality, and they product/support team is amazing. They help customize features and roles to best fit our needs. Easy to hold team accountable. Implementation has been easy thanks to Mary and Gabe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long term, would like to see procedures/audits etc. under their own window, instead of everything under work orders. The term "work order" gets used for any procedure, whether thats an audit or procedure, or a true maintainance work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MTX has streamlined many processes for us, allowing us to track annd complete different jobs and procedures, despite the scale challeneges.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the support is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Inputting the assets and inventory was not as easy, but with the support received, it was pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of work orders in relation to each department and the ease of gathering information to support our preventive maintenance program.

What do you like best about the product?
I got MaintainX for the purpose of reducing paperwork and managing my employees. The software has been amazing! I am not really software savvy, but even so, MaintainX has been easy to set up and use, even for me!
Customer support has been stellar, with help just a quick call or email away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything works the way it should!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX, I had to shuffle a mountain of paperwork, and my workers had to take time to fill out manual forms. Now they can just follow the procedures on their phone, and complete the work a lot easier.
