What do you like best about the product?
Service has been outstanding and assistance throughout the implementation has been a phone call away at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
A benefit would be to have a larger level of hierarchy available within the asset management, allowing for sub-assets to have sub-assets

What do you like best about the product?
This was the first program we used on our Facilities team to log, track and record work orders for the office. The program is super easy to use and very user-friendly. The statistics and reporting can be precise based on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-user request portal could have more options for information so the Facilities teams can better gauge the request and urgency. Also, the reports are comprehensive, but having access to downloadable charts and graphs would make the reports more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this program to respond to, track and record the work orders for our corporate campus and remote facilities in the area. We have preventative maintenance work orders for our safety and maintenance teams, as well as reactionary work order for the everyday issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Instant notifications on issues where we want it. Easy to set-up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues at this time. We will be developing this program into something more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker repairs and the ability to prioritize with the Maintenance Department.

What do you like best about the product?
Since upgrading to enterprise , with all the AI features and the valuable template, it has made the platform so user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting Dashboard could use an upgrade that is more customer specific for their facility requirements

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and you also can use it on the job site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside. I made some recommendations base o what I do but it is a relly complete program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to have more control on the Maintenance operations of the Company; We also use it to follow SQF procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is very collaborative, friendly, knowledgeable, and agile. Ability to meet our company's needs and offer a user-friendly system to manage facility maintenance, operations, and personnel. Excellent integration options with other programs. Compared to other CMMS programs I've used, this is very cost-effective and easy to use, allowing our organization to achieve our needs with expansion options in the future.
The learning videos are beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recommend having a generic slide deck that can be used to communicate the program in general to internal company employees.
Better population of the procedure library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple users, user-friendly, self-learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and aids in keeping up with what needs to be done on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides to this platform. I would highly recommend it to every business who has their own internal maintenance department.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking daily, weekly, monthly, and annual PMs. So much easier to keep up with what needs to be done. Moving from a reactive mode to a proactive mode is getting easier.

I have been using it for three weeks and found nothing negative.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with MaintainX; everything went very smoothly regarding implementation going live.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much that I don't like, but I would like Requestors to have access to reporting function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking expenses due to repairs made to and for our offices.
