Amazing team of people
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX gives structure to a very busy team, the reports are highly recommended as this gives clear trends to improve your business. Its all in one place which improves efficiency of the team as this can be available at every occasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently not found one as still alot of information to imput and gather historics. Plus employees are still in the tranfer period. It works not only inhouse but remotely and the manager of the team has more information available at hand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has given us one place for information and it will gather the historics to enable us to train new staff in the business of CU with old machinery. it gives a structure to a very busy department, Reporting gives us an idea of which machines need attention so pro active maintainance not reactive. It also helping with audits as all information is in one place and also gives a clear cost to a hidden area.
Powerful and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX strikes the perfect balance of power-user features to help users streamline almost all their maintenance needs while still offering a very easy to use package. The software is laid out in a user-friendly manner with smart integrations between all the tools it provides. What I like best is how users can choose to use as many or as few of these features as they want to tailor their experience to what suits them best for their particular workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any complaints I have with MaintainX. The only problem I have come in the form of features which would be nice to have; however MaintainX staff are always open to suggestions and are always looking for feedback on new features to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping to automate our preventative maintenance and provides us with an effective path for operators to immediately report any machine issues to administrators.
Streamlining Maintenance in Agriculture
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has a very intuitive and easy to use mobile application. This allows for a very quick onboarding process for all involved team members. Additionally, their support team is always very friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX is still a relatively new company, as such you will encounter minor bugs in your mobile application. However, their support team has been very receptive and they seem proactive on releasing new updates for the app frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has dramatically helped us, organize and catagorize our maintenance program for our assets. Additionally, the software's value in maintaining and organized parts inventory is incalculable, time and money saved!
Simplified and easy to track maintenance software
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a user-friendly maintenance tracking software that helps me save time and increase efficiency. It allows me to create work orders, assign tasks, track progress, schedule preventive maintenance, monitor inventory, and generate reports. With it, I can manage my maintenance operations from anywhere, making it easy to keep my business running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few tiny things, but overall, it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a 40 site organization, before we had MaintainX, we were doing maintenance via phone calls and text messages. It was a complete disaster. It's an entirely different experience with MaintainX. Users can submit tickets for approval and track existing tickets. Responders are able to track time, communicate with the user, and keep track of the site, status, and priority.
Best Bang For The Buck.
What do you like best about the product?
The Software works as they say it does, easy to use, no hassel software. Even my older employees were able to use it with minimal instruction. I have used multiple softwares and this one is by far the easiest.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have are the Tiers of subscription, I could really use a few of the features on the higher end plan, but not enough to justify paying the difference in price. maybe add the ability to pay for needed features instead?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to hand out daily assignments at the beginning of the day and as the assignments change throughout the day. It also helps work with my employees on time management improvements and communication of parts being needed to complete projects.
MaintainX takes the paperwork out of work orders
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed my field service techs to see work orders and update them right from the palm of their hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of features that I won't use. But who can I complain about that?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of work orders. They get done when on the job which prevents forgetting information
MaintainX- Simple and Impactful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity, efficiency, real-time response, and the ability to track and prioritize and create SOPs to increase proactive PM versus reactive maintenance. Our ratio of proactive to reactive increased from 13% to 36% which is almost 3x the BOMA industry measured average.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to ask questions before approving a request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solved was giving employees the ability to submit a work request without stopping me in the hallway or sending and email or instant message. I would not have stayed at this job that I love had it not been for MaintainX solving this issue.
Increased Facilities and Asset Efficiency, At a Fraction of The Cost of Others
What do you like best about the product?
Working in a critical industry, Facilities uptime and preventative maintenance are everything! MaintainX has helped us reduce downtime and improve our organization's reliability. This all comes while still being a fraction of the cost of other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were options to build reports based on the original purchase price of assets vs maintenance and operations costs for LCA purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is our organization's first CMMS. MaintainX has helped streamline facilities' work order requests and management. As our business rapidly grows, having a cloud-based platform that is accessible to any of our remote sites is a massive win for us.
MaintainX has taken our operations into the 21st century
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using MaintainX, our school relied on only emails and spreadsheets to track requests for service and repair. It had a very high failure rate and requests were often left unacknowledged or undone by the facilities team. Since coming into the role and adopting MaintainX, we have completed over 97% of approved requests and increased staff satisfaction exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the things that I disliked have already been addressed by the MaintainX team, and I thoroughly appreciate their response to feedback. I don't use the asset, parts, or SOP features, and I guess I dislike that I don't, but I can't blame that on MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps me solve reliability issues and request response times so that school staff has what they need when they need it. We use it for everything from repair requests to room booking.
MaintainX have been and still is a good choice i made for using a CMMS.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is quite easy to understand and to operate, it is modern and even if something doesn`t work my account manager will do his absolute best to support me with the issue and find a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it appears it is a little challenging for a mobile phone to use app, like sometimes app can froze etc. but i know devs are continiusly working on improving, so not much of a negative.

MaintainX helps developing and tailoring maintenance procedures, helps with maintenance planning, parts control and asset organisation.
