One Of The Best CMMS Software
What do you like best about the product?
Work Orders and Work Request are fantastic. Coming from a paper-based system, we had jobs not getting done and leaving critical equipment without preventive maintenance work getting done
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to build complex parts the make one part (BOM) is a pain, but I have found work arounds. Having a few more or custom user groups would also be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coming from a paper-based system, this has fixed so many issues we had. Being able to trace all jobs and having automated work orders saves time. Also having SOP built into the work orders mean jobs have been correct.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy to learn and its interface is straight forward. Keeps us active and reduces down time by having proactive PMs
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can really complain about using MaintainX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By keeping a tab on assets that we have parts on back order for.
Extremely user friendly, accurate, and hassle free.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create work orders and process them. Once work orders are complete MaintainX automatically tracks the data and presents it to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice you you could export the asset lists in a similar way to how you export the work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory management and PM tracking.
Found an excellent use case for EHS Management.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is far easier to use than our previous EHS Management system. Through customizations, we have an excellent platform to capture critical safety data.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've found nothing I dislike about MaintainX. It's user-friendly and straightforward to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access for all employees reducing the need for complicated software and physical paperwork.
An asset to any start of improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for the organized structure of processes in a timely fashion when completing company needs of improvement. Quick and easy to use, eliminating wasted time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you assign an individual to the work order, they cannot see it. All users should be able to view all work orders regardless of whether they are attached to the project directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates the hassle of setting up meetings to discuss who/what is required for a project or repair. A simple 1 step process puts the info straight into the hands of the person responsible of the completion.
Very flexible app
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of joining several company functions in a single access point, production requests, logistics, communication of work status, accounting, archiving and statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Item filtering and search system is not easy to use. Inability to modify the work order masks. It would be nice to be able to insert a customizable location mapping on the items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the case of my function, the main benefit has been the merging of the various request files with the accounting. Even the archiving of photos and reports divided by item accessible from any corporate IT support.
Excellent for Entry Level or inexperience maintenance managers
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is super simple to use. I was thrust into a maintenance manager role with zero prior experience and handed a team of poorly trained and inexperienced techs. With their software and their blog we have been able to reduce downtime, parts expense, and most importantly become proactive instead of reactive with our maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recurring work orders can be finicky to set up, accidentally allowing PMs to be done well before schedule. It takes some experimenting and good communication with your team to make sure it is working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from a 100% reactive program to a proactive one. Procedure integration allows us to capture the detail needed while still having records available for audits instead of using cumbersome and oft-ignored paper tracking.
Great progression from our old paper based system.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access for people to put on maintenance requests, if information isn't available the request can still be put on, photos with the mobile can be drawn on to highlight the issue. You can start straight away with the bare bones and build in the information as you go along, adding areas, machines, contractors, spares etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Swapping out the permissions when someone is on vacation, setting up accounts with multipule access point, though i think this is more my IT skills than the system, and MaintainX account manager has always sorted these little niggles out within 24hrs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system was paper based using a MS Assess application, each field had to be filled in to proceed, only people with a company email could have access and fill in requests, jobs had to be printed off daily and handed out.
Nutrifresh Maintenance
What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X is a phenomenal product all around. We have been able to completely organize our Maintenance department from top to bottom.From our inventory to the breakdown of our procedures we're able to do it all with this CMMS. Even better is there engineers who take the time to hold weekly meetings with us to discuss and resolve any issues we may encounter. As well they've improved our user experience exponentially over the past year which in turn has lowered our downtime and increased our productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to Maintain X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped us resolve any issues when it comes to building procedures. They have added numerous new aspects as months go by. Anytime we have a new category created their able to carry over anything we need rather us having to build all over again.

What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we need to be able to track maintenance requests to avoid communication errors, MaintainX clears this up very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still getting used to the software but I haven't found any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving communication errors in reporting maintenance issues from the rest of the team to the maintenance team.
