Great maintenance software with potential to grow.
What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX team has guided us and has been there every step of the way. The MaintainX team was very efficient with implementing all of our assets, meters, and procedures. The customer service is very great. We really like how user friendly the app is. We also like that MaintainX works well with both facility maintenance along with fleet maintenance. I like that if there is anything that you can suggest to make it work better for your situation they send it up to the engineering team so that could look into possibly implementing it to the system. This shows that they are willing to not only to listen to there customers but they are also willing to always improve the system. There really is more to like than there isn't. If you're looking for a maintenance software this will more than likely be in the top 2 of your choices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are better suited for facility maintenance than fleet. It takes some time to set it up the way that works best for your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to have the ability to set a meter trigger and if that asset is serviced before the meter is met then the meter trigger will reset automaticaly. Currently unsolved but I have no doubt that it will be at some point.

The way that my team can communicate with me fast, and how we can communicate through the ticket (worked order) is very valuable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I don't like, the one thing I hear from my team is they don't like all the notifications they get once they sign in. However this is quickly corrected by me, I just educate them (teach) how to set the notifications with in MaintainX.

MaitainX Exceeds Expectations as a CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
Support for procedure deesign is outstanding. There online training handles most issues, but it's nice to be able to chat 24/7 for support. Integration to old CMMS is a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't come up with a downside. There resources are well staffed to deal with any issue I need support with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating procedures from equipment PM checklists
Great Software. Very user friendly.

The ease of use and being able to send in existing procedures and have them set up into the system for easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I would prefer if the procedures were formatted for printing in the same format as the original procedure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX makes it easier to monitor day to day operations of the facility and allows for staff to submit any work requests needed while tracking the progress. It also allows to set up all preventative maintenance and inspections on a routine basis.

NORMAL CMMS PROGRAMS ARE HELPFUL.
User friendly for anyone and well organized program
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to Planned and Preventive Maintenance it important to have a well organized tracking system with very detail breakdowns of the work orders. This means uploading pictures for future use troubleshooting or come back to,or letting coworkers seen what issues to look out for visually during future inspections. Step by step check offs so you know where you left off in case you leave a job site and return you know what you had already accomplished. Being a shift maintenance tech I'm always called off the equipment to repair other equipment that went down. Remembering where you left off can be a problem. This program also gives great ways to scan code equipment for partners that operate allows easy work request just off there phone instead to hunting down a supervisor. All equipment has scanner codes for operators. I really like MaintainX dashboards. They have put in alot of time and listened to many people's inputs that have been doing maintenance for years the program shows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet I dislike on the program. I've been doing maintenance for 24 years and really like the layout of this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The filter for seeing work order daily labor charges inputted by the tech.
Asset Management Solution was much needed
What do you like best about the product?
Controlling assets and having a good work order system. A good maintenance management system was much needed
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a training solution for first time CMMS users in addition to the online. I think the enterprise would help if it was part of the package we purchased. i WISHJ IT WAS PART OF THE PACKAGE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management, utilization and planning. Work order system to track work orders both reactive and preventive. Meets ISO requirements. We are using it for safety inspections and checks as well
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about maintainX is that is has made getting work orders done and keeping staff accountable. The customer support is unmatched James has been a great help throughout this process of getting everything set up and responds quickly to any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for work orders as in being able to decide how only a work order repeats for. In our line of work some work orders change from month to month but we have to do them 3 days a week so this would make entering work orders a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping our different site organized and it making to where we can streamline certain procedures and sharing things a lot easier
MaintainX is a great solution to get your machines and assets organized.

Organizing assets and locations and building an equipment history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asset Names should appear on the header of work orders when using an asset in a new work order. I find that i have to reidentify the assest in the "What needs done?" section of the work order to make tracking easier. I feel that the name of the asset should be automatic included near the top of the work order.

Tracking PM work and reminding us with reaccuring work oreders.

What do you like best about the product?
Mx is intuitive and user friendly (on web & in app). Truly the best CMMS our organization has ever used. There's a great deal of flexibility and customization with a lot of the features so you can get the system dialed to your organization's needs. Their customer service is unmatched, the account managers want to ensure you're getting the most out of your investment - if there's a tool or feature you feel is missing, they take your feedback back to their team to find a solution and get back to you in a timely manner with ways to solve the problem. We can't recommend this product enough, it's made our lives so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to see more control over permissions of a Full User account, but that's honestly it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization was having issues keeping accurate and up to date records of work and inspections being completed due to the shear volume of what all we're responsible for. We have an extensive amount of locations (activities within those locations), equipment/assets, and parts to keep track of and maintain - Mx has made it EASY to document all of that and to track it in real time.
