What do you like best about the product?
The inventory management system is fantastic for a user friendly software
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see multiple locations available for inventory to be stored in rather then each part having to have a single home
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is increasing visibility across all departments and sites. Allows easier communication for employees and increases productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Very each and conveniently helps us keep track of maintenance issues and correctly ensure they are prioritized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say there is anything I dislike on my end. Everything has worked proficiently for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists us with compliance and ensuring that all of our tickets are prioritized and taken care of in a fast, effective manner. This has increased our performance and reduced downtime

What do you like best about the product?
MX covers everything! Asset & Parts Inventory, PM schedules and SOPs, Vendor Info, Tracks Costs, Labor, Efficiency and more! The app is great for the team to use in the field in real-time and the desktop allows for access when wi-fi isn't available. The reporting capabilities provide great insights for week/month/year analytics. The messaging feature allows all team members access to information and reduces inefficient communication for updates. I can see what work is assigned to each team member, what the priority completion ranking is, what progress has/hasn't been made and why, cost of parts, labor cost per repair, how much time is being spent per work order, etc. It has completely transformed our maintenance operations and increased our response time in serving our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change something, I would like the ability to choose specific time periods by date to assess rather than being limited to the set periods of one month, 3 months, a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all team members having the app, we receive reports of issues in real-time, with exact information (pictures, locations, etc). We aren't relying on the daily/weekly audit or on a team member to remember to report. An unexpected benefit I was able to realize was in employee performance. Using the software, you have factual information about who is (and who is NOT) doing the work. The timing feature now allows me to use this information in performance reviews. Another problem MX has solved is the "learning curve" for new employees when there is turnover. Since all information and work is done through MX, I can train employees faster because they can review SOPs, PM schedules, what vendors we have used, see what solutions were tried previously, etc. As well, the customer support is EXCELLENT!

MaintainX has simplified my maintenance life

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get notifications for requests on my phone no matter where I'm at. I often travel for work, and I can easily monitor my maintenance team and incoming requests to complete work more efficiently. I also like how easy it is to mold the PM's specifically for the type of equipment and monitor all of the functions through daily and weekly checks. I have worked with several different CMMS systems; this one is by far the most user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure about this question. The people at MaintainX have been great at implementing any ideas I have had to improve the system and how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an inferior PM procedure system in place. This is getting more eyes on the equipment on a daily basis, and we can identify problems faster. This creates more uptime on the equipment, giving us a better product.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has allowed our team to better track our inventory at our warehouse, as well as overall costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can see so far is that the mobile app for android seems to be lacking optimization and feels a little clunky and unfinished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to better track our inventory costs and streamline the process of delivering product to our locations through our warehouse. I especially like the QR codes, as it helps ensure accuracy on parts and supplies.

What do you like best about the product?
This Software is very user-friendly, and the team is extremely helpful. In so many ways, they have taken us to new places. The best description I can give to MaintainX is "Top Shelf."
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of one thing. Every time I reach out for assistance, the solution is handled immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a supply room where multiple employees from many departments come to me for supplies, and on many occasions, there is a lack of communication between departments. They assist with streamlining a process through a message format to correct this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
The requester side of the app has been amazing. Our customers are kept up to date on the work request status, the requester side is easy to use, and it helps us keep our records easy to see and review.
For monthly PMs, it has made a massive difference in staying in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I haven't had enough time to use the application to its full potential in my daily routine. I have several large projects coming up and need to spend some time learning how to incorporate them into the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has solved the problem of monthly PM assignments, reminders, and record keeping. It has also allowed us to keep an eye on the time and materials we use.

Ease of use for both client and customer. service requests can be entered in less than a minute

No missed work orders or more importantly PM's
