What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and ease of use. Much more streamlined work order process
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX customer support has done a fantastic job of addressing our concerns timely and efficient. Great communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous CMMS software was very cumbersome and was not efficient. It became a place holder for junk. MaintainX switch was easy and seamless. The new process with Maintainx has made communication and work order process way more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service representatives are proactive, prompt to respond, and always of value. Tracking change orders! Saves time and money, easier to use than competitor
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if the receiving party could electronically sign the document and send back. Create a live version to be signed, on work order PDFs and purchase orders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and money, tracking extra work orders, obtaining approvals, contacting vendors. Much more productive and organized online platform. Performance increased substantially
MaintainX has been paramount in increasing our tracking of all the work my department handles.

The ability to track work and report to my supervisors the amount of work we handle in a given period of time.

The need to have requester users in order to share work order progress and comments to supervisors.

MaintainX is very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is extremely user-friendly. All members of our team can view upcoming work orders and inspections. When fields are flagged or failed, a work order is automatically created, ensuring faults a repaired quickly and don't get forgotten
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functions have good information, but I have found it difficult to find the exact information I require sometimes. Especially when WO have been created by others and haven't been correctly tagged
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is solving the issues of having a paper and spreadsheet-based system. Repeating work orders are automatically created, work orders are created automatically from flagged or failed inspections, and nothing gets lost or forgotten as it did with paper-based system
Great Program for Managing Work Orders and People
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the program is and how user friendly the app is. Most of my team just use their phones for work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I hope they implement soon like being able to assign assets to multiple locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize and prioritize all our maintenance tasks. It helps me track with ongoing issues and plan ahead with detailed PM schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really helpfull to improve the time required to fix the problems that are pretty common on the plant and makes that the planners can work faster and more accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that can be optimized to use less power, also I think That its possible to restrict the persons Who can make new procediments or edit them, in order to avoid unwanted changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help us to follow the works that are running and make them more productive, let us know in real time the percent completed in a task, and to know what Kind of delay they have.

- User-friendly and simplistic software
- Equipment/Asset management capabilities are sound
- Ability to export data for accounting and compliance purposes
- Excellent visibility on planned maintenance and scheduling

What do you dislike about the product?
Administrative tasks cannot be captured easily. For example, registration or insurance reminders on vehicles.
The calendar view would be better if you could add daily notes.

- Maintenance reporting: data is now captured live, and scheduled maintenance is planned a lot more efficiently and easily
- Cost reporting: data is easily extracted from MaintainX, and the open-source integration enables our accounting software to extract data
- Live/concurrent feedback: job statuses are live (open, in progress etc)
- Maintenance scheduling: planned or scheduled maintenance is easy to see and reminders are able to be set for upcoming jobs
- Inventory Management: MaintainX has provided the benefits of inventory management and capturing materials used in works orders.

Great app for Maintenance Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using the app because it helps me keep track of open service requests, how long they've been open, and the procedure library to document how to do things. You can also proactively schedule things rather than react to items that need done. The app is great on virtually any platform which is different than ones I've used before.
The staff at MaintainX are always adding features and I look forward to the new items they come up with in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. The app is very well done and also always evolving which is great for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping orangized with all service requests and the ability to be organized by creating tickets automatically based on a time schedule for proactive work.
Also allows virtually anybody to create a work ticket which is great so users don't need to be actual users to submit tickets.

Easy to use while being and really helpful

You can create step by step procedures and at the same time include verification from other parties to reassure things where done correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet stumble upon something i dislike about maintainx.

A quick reference of what needs attention and when does it need to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to look at one calendar to see what the maintenance team is going to be doing for the day. Also, tracking work orders against devices, tracking part locations, recurring work orders, vendor management, picture attachments, steps for completing tasks, and assigning places where something is being repaired, have all proved invaluable to us. We can find tools and parts efficiently to complete a job. We use the chat feature every day built into the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue that we have is reporting to management. The reports section will not show upcoming tasks for a week to allow for scheduling proper staffing to cover the scheduled work orders. The only issue I have encountered is the lack of showing upcoming work orders in a report that can be exported for management. The competitors I have looked at will offer recurring work orders on a calendar color-coded by tech. It's the only thing I wish was available with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program solves tracking of work orders for all of the equipment we have onsite. We also use the software to maintain our equipment, vehicles, and buildings.
