Outstanding Implementation of MaintainX Software System

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Our previous CMMS Software system required a lot of SQL coding, which for a lot of our users was a bit difficult. With MaintainX, the KPIs, reports and modules are extremely easy to navigate and are very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizations for labor and downtime reports would be extremely useful for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintenance tracking, parts and equipment inventory as well as purchasing.

Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes work request completion efficient. Able to have multiple submitters. Can track progress and follow up on repairs.
We put in our preventative maintenance program to track.
This program helped us move to paperless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to register an email address. We have over 150 employees, and it would have been nice to be able to put in their generic emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing paper. It makes it possible to have multiple users throughout the building submitted.
Our maintenance staff can respond to requests quickly as we use the app and a tablet. Program makes it easy to track progress or repairs and add photos is a real benefit.

Amazing Service and Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use. The process of implementation is spot on. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with our company and company needs providing solutions every step of the way as our use case is pretty unique. I really enjoyed the entire process from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see was when I pull reports, they're isolated. Meaning WO's don't pull Asset Info, etc. But the team helped me create an amazing workaround that helped solve our initial concerns which I'm completely grateful for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did everything via Paper and Excel Spreadsheets. It was incredibly time consuming and record keeping was a nightmare. MaintainX has made the process much quicker and easier to manage. We're saving hundreds of hours across all of our employees with this system alone.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, cost-effective, easy navigation on both admin. and user side of the program on both mobile and desktop platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative I can say about Maintain X.

Tracking work requests, assets, accountability, record keeping, and audits.

What do you like best about the product?
Very nice UI. So many helpful features which are not only helpful for maintenance but also for all the departments in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now! Everything is perfect for our present workflow and the support team has been taking care of any problems that we face.

Efficient and effective CMMS

What do you like best about the product?
That it is an app-based program that is user-friendly. There is not a big learning curve to understand how to use this program for all different level users. I can easily use this program as an admin and train others, tech-saavy or not, how to use the program in just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides that I can think of for this program. Perhaps it could be cheaper?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a simple and easy to use work order system as well as a way to develop simple procedures for a preventative maintenance program. My plant's current system did not have a framework that came close to what MaintainX has.

What do you like best about the product?
This application it's very easy to bulid for new comical work or facility Management , it's better than. Many applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Hope to have a user level between requester and full user , with less cost, spically for small company

The team is super Profisonal , the response time is very good for example , create ( new procedure ) or update assets or locations

Game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is hands down the best attribute for me using Maintain X. They assist my team and me regularly to cater to our needs. They have a clear vision to elevate us in any way they can, and there have been many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I have not had a problem they have not been able to solve for our company. The only thing I have not been happy with is with relation to connection issues with zoom, and no fault of the team at Maintain X
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently setting up the program in a fast-paced and high-output machine shop. 50% of our challenge is to set up a preventative maintenance program. The other 50% is tracking our repair and overhaul Millwright department. Both tasks have had difficulties with monitoring and recording all of the information. Lacking a CMMS has kept us in a reactive rather than a preventative position. Maintain X has not only given us a platform to create a preventative maintenance system but allowed us to improve our quoting process. With the assistance of the team at Maintain X, we have been able to track the complete disassembly of all of our repair and overhaul work and seamlessly communicate the information to our engineering department to complete the quoting process and is also paperless.

It's been great

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful for receiving and managing work orders. It's really helped our non-maintenance staff communicate maintenance issues to our facilities dept. much more efficiently. It's great for keeping track of things still outstanding and for more easily providing work orders to our staff that might be off property. But one of my favorite features has got to be the meter system. It's been a total game changer for keeping track of all our water meters on property. It's just a great system that's pretty user friendly for the most part and comes with some great features. I'd also like to say their response time has been pretty great when I've had questions or needed technical support. I highly recommend MaintainX and have personally recommended it other friends in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have both an android and apple phone and I feel it performs way better on android (no big surprise there). The new features rolled out since we've been members seem to either be very industry specific or locked behind the enterprise or higher tier levels of the system, so we don't get their benefit unfortunately. It seems like one of the last updates made the bottom section of the work order creation a little wonky for the category drop-down menu but it's still functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I pretty much answered this in the first section but the problems it's solving for me is a better way of getting work orders into my technician's hands in the field and bridging the communication gap between my non-maintenance staff and our facilities team. It's also greatly helping keep track of work orders better.

Very usefull Tool in the Maintenance Department

What do you like best about the product?
The posibility to let the Shop Floor workes create tickets for the maintenance department. These are easy to track afterwards. And of cause the possilibilty to create TPM plans for the Machines
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. There are a few places where ajustments could be nice. ie the possiblity for a Admin user to create a REQUEST an not going directly to create a WORK ORDER
