Easy to create charts that aggregate various pieces of data

Minimum number of licenses, hurts small businesses

Ensure your website is running as expected. When a problem occurs, it’s very useful for the analysis of the problem.

The ability to monitor our entire customer base with ease and clarity

Theres really not that much to dislike with LogicMonitor

Automated alerting of customer equipment
It allows us to respond to issues before the customer realises something is broken

What do you like best about the product?
The network monitoring beats some other more expensive products on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus don't suit me but that is down to the individual user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide distributed network with many nodes that were previously not monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
Brilliant dashboard capabilities and tonnes of useful components which help my team monitor the network
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had very little negative feedback about LogicMonitor so far :)

Monitoring a large resilient Cisco network across 20 different sites.

What do you like best about the product?
We installed LogicMonitor a year ago after using SolarWinds for some time. We find it to be much more reactive and detailed than SolarWinds. Plus it's easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've heard a few people comment on the GUI saying it could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've streamlined our alerting and gained visibility of core services

What do you like best about the product?
Love the tuning capability and the number of devices it can monitor

Not much to dislike! At the moment we've had lot's of great feedback

We have a lot of cloud infrastructure which needs monitoring, and LM has satisfied this need tremendously

The ability to monitor such a vast amount of devices. Seems to monitor literally everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, there are some minor gui quirks. But nothing worth writing about

Maintaining healthy operations. Reducing service desk calls. Monitoring cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup of the platform is really quick and easy which means you can have it setup in the basic form very fast. if you want to do the more advanced monitoring you can use the free training to get up to speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
the right click of objects in the GUI was taken away, this should be brought back to make the UI faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a monitoring solution for a managed service for custoers which enables us to have a great service to offer
