Radware Bot Manager: An incredible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Radware Bot Manager deployment and implementation is easy and takes less time. The implementation took in the timeline defined. Talking about the features and functionalities, it can integrate with various third-party tools to provide more security and best performance. The TAC team is very supportive and responsive. They try to give the solution to any ticket raised as early as possible. Talking about the performance, the detection method is embedded with machine learning and artificial intelligence, which provide the best security as it suddenly detects any unusual behavior that can harm the website or server. It is all done by making a unique signature for every user who visits the website. The scanning and detection are done in real time, taking place continuously, providing the best security. The solution truly delivers what it promises, making it an ideal choice for any enterprise organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is very simple, and we can not modify it according to custom use cases. The report generated from it is fundamental to the limited use case. The dashboard also needs more features and functions to make it more interactive and user-friendly. It is an area of improvement. Talking about the pricing, it is an expensive product and can not be used by small organizations. It should be more affordable because many bot manager solutions are available in the market at affordable pricing. Sometimes we have detected that it blocks the good bots and friendly crawlers, which are helpful for websites as they collect data for information building. Also, we encounter some bugs with updates and firmware releases, which can be stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radware bot manager helps our organization to filter out the bad bots and block them in real-time. If someone tries to enter through the proxy or VPN, it detects the bad traffic and blocks them, which helps to prevent the server and website from any malicious traffic and helps to keep it live continuously. Since the implementation, the bot attacks have been zero. The solution is very robust and helpful. Our primary use case was to get protected from unwanted bot attacks and spam traffic because they used to choke the network bandwidth and block websites for some time, and make them unresponsive. This solution is best as we did not encounter any downtime since implementation. We have attained maximum ROI from this product, and it has been proven very profitable for our organization.

Radware Bot Manger: Complete Security from BOT attacks
What do you like best about the product?
The product protects from BOT attacks and Bad Bots and can also manage good bots. The product is straightforward to deploy and configure. Most of the protection has automation, in which manual intervention isn't required. It provides security against Bot attacks or bad bots. The policies can be flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have Nothing to dislike about Radware BOT Manager till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Radware BOT Manager protects from BOT attacks. We can able manage our BOTs as well from this. We have integrated it with many web applications of Infrastructure.

We are protecting our APIs with bot manager, and we are seeing less attacks week over week, and the Radware support team has been excellent

Its a custom solution actually, and they have a smart team who understands your problems and designs the solution in a way that works for you, security is not a one size fits all thing

We were struggling with the loss of traffic because of theft of content. ShieldSquare eliminated the possibility of content infringement.

ShieldSquare is an easy way to discover scraping bots entering your site. It shows all the bots scraping your site, good and bad bots, and provides multiple alternatives to reject bad bots: Captchas or false data.

With a simple, fast API call, ShieldSquare detects bots reliably. Essentially it does what it says on the tin, which is perfect for us.

The product appears to focus on bot blocking rather than on data quality which is our focus, but it is easy enough to ignore the blocking recommendations.

Having to deal with Bots at all is aggravating but this was a great solution

Best Bot Blocking Service w/ Great Pricing!
What do you like best about the product?
The team over at ShieldSquare is truly professional. They are all very understanding and caring of your business needs. I feel listened to and whenever I have a concern or need to make any changes, someone is always there to help me. Exceptional support 24/7. They are based in India, but have a team that works US hours to be on call during our US business hours. Also really appreciate that they will get on a video call and share screens with the customer on short notice. Very responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the phone connection on their end is a bit low quality. However, every time I've mentioned this, they get on it immediately and use headsets that makes everything a whole lot better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bot blocking solution for Bot Management itself is awesome. Happy to see that before implementing that, Ad fraud rate was at an all-time high. Since the implementation, happy to report that we're able to run our ad campaigns with less than 2-5% ad fraud rate. This is very important to our advertisers and allows us to better serve our campaigns.
