Watsonx.ai: Where AI Meets Accountability

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about IBM watsonx.ai is its user-friendly AI studio. I was able to create a chatbot for internal support by leveraging pre-trained models, which made the process much more efficient. This approach saved me a significant amount of time, required minimal coding, and integrated smoothly with our existing systems. As a result, our helpdesk now responds more quickly, leading to greater employee satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find challenging about IBM watsonx.ai is the steep learning curve involved in deploying custom models. When I attempted to set up a tailored NLP model for tagging internal documents, the process turned out to be more complex and required more configuration than I had anticipated. This complexity ended up delaying our timeline and meant we needed additional assistance from IBM’s support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM watsonx.ai effectively addresses the challenge of quickly and intelligently analyzing vast amounts of data. I used it to streamline the process of customer feedback analysis across thousands of emails and support tickets. Rather than manually reading and tagging each message, Watsonx.ai leveraged natural language processing to detect common issues and categorize them by topic. This allowed our support team to better prioritize fixes and respond more rapidly, which led to improved customer satisfaction. The platform’s AI models are straightforward to fine-tune and integrate with our existing systems, saving us valuable development time. Additionally, it provides robust governance tools, enabling us to maintain data privacy and compliance. In summary, Watsonx.ai transformed a labor-intensive task into an efficient, automated workflow that brought real business value.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a powerful tool that simplifies and streamlines everyday business operations, making routine tasks much easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the information provided about the conferences was insufficient, which led me to spend time on topics I didn't enjoy or that were not as I had expected.

Bringing together data from various sources into a single location, analyzing it, and providing valuable insights to employees.

I find the GUI a bit clunky and not highly intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Watson AI is a comprehensive AI platform that helps drive our business use cases by being able to integrate its features with my companies products. The AI functionality has been incorporated into the products we already have which has given us a greater scope of possibility of what we can accomplish
What do you dislike about the product?
Training did take a while to utilize the full functionality of the platform because there is so much it is capable of

Lack of AI integration in our products and WatsonX AI helps solve that gap

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how streamlined and easy it is to use and integrate watson.ai into a program.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I did not have any notable issues with watson.ai. I would love to see it refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only used and demo watson.ai during the IBM TechXchange. However, it was really easy to implement and use to solve the worshop/lab prompts.
