IBM offers a complete environment with SDK and API libraries
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to respond to customer service concerns from our FAQ database, which covers a wide range of topics such as payments, online banking, necessary paperwork, etc. It is capable of retrieving data from our database and displaying it in an understandable and conversational way manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quantity and quality of data greatly affects its performance and I find the user interface a bit complicated with limited customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can safely say that the main motivation for establishing IBM Watsonx as part of our new AI projects was to reap the fruits of strong data science.

What do you like best about the product?
Watsonx ability to automate AI processes is what best about it. It is far more useful than GPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Watsonx is more useful in cases where accurate and specific information is required, it is for professional use unlike chat GPT.

Watsonx is helping in automating the task, giving solutions for text based prompts. Watsonx can be used in field of data science/ data analysis.

Setup and configuration is complex specially for the user who is not having understanding of AI Development.
It's performance heavily relies quality and quantity of the data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and access, plugging a LLM to a wesbite to scrape pages and produce output in a jiffy. The integration is easier, you can plug to any exisitng applications and launch a chatbot on your website. Customer support is outstanding, any issues you might face are ironed out quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much scope of a trial version, it is only valid for 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping scrap data from web pages and providing a simple understandable response, like knowing submission dates for a university for a particular program, Watson finds out and gives you the output in minutes. It helps information to be gathered and fetched in a simple conversation.
It also allows me to create applications where generative AI can help augment other users, for example someone looking for an interior decorator or just ideas to design their houses, can prompt the bot powered by Watson and it will generate, text to describe interiors as well as sample images for reference.

Response with confidence score feature i like the most, context precise answers , analyzing complex document with so much ease is the most differentiating factor.

Reduce pricing by providing more flexible pricing tiers, support for larger context window size.
