Sometimes it feels a bit complex to set up for first-time users, and the pricing can get high if you scale quickly. A bit more simplicity and transparency would help.

I like how watsonx.ai provides an easy-to-use interface combined with robust tools for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment. Its integration capabilities and pre-trained foundation models save a lot of development time.

IBM watsonx.ai is solving the problem of lengthy and complex AI model development by offering pre-trained models and easy customization. It reduces time-to-market for AI solutions and ensures greater model accuracy and governance, which directly improves business efficiency and innovation.

Easy to use AI implementation for Enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ability to create your own llm models (RAG), easy of integration with watsonx ecosystem. LLM models are small enough to deliver quality with the proper speed. Can be used on different use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve - portal to build your own model, at first glance can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security - an internal chatbot that is helping end-user to qualify their data and provide reccomendation on what should be done if they have to share the data (anonymize, scramble, etc,)
Fit for purpose tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is fit for purpouse in regard to enterprise solutions. It is intuitive and agile where with watson studio you can get results instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am missing built in integrations with key industry solutions.

Data Inteligence, Content Creation, recomendations, scoring based on documents and criteria.
Multiple models from different vendors in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
You can integrate multiple models from several sources, for example train a custom LLM model and put in production very quickly

There are not so much to say here, it's updated frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage multiple models in an agentic architecture is critical, we need simplicity to deploy several models in only one platform.
Easy implementation in existing products
What do you like best about the product?
We integrated watsonx.ai together with the Build lab team into one of our own applications. The implementation itself took less than a day and we received a full manual on how to do it again ourselves later. Our customers are also very happy with this integration we now provide as it easily matches on the services we already deliver. As it was built with the build lab, we received a lot of support and know who to contact for future developments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a big product and cannot be easily used outside of an IBM container. Our main focus is on prem work so this is usually our struggle point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A self created RAG solution for government entities that cannot use chatgpt.
