watsonx.ai granite instruct model returns correct and expected responses
What do you like best about the product?
I like how granite instruct model gives accurate response and instructlab helps to fine tune and deploy model.
What do you dislike about the product?
some other granite models does not work as expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are planning to try watsonx.ai LLM foundation model like granite instruct in our project which is a follow up question for a primary question which was asked by user in their search.

I like how it makes it easy to explore different models and build on top of existing ones, mixing flexibility with ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is easy to have everything running in the platform, sometimes guides are not that straightforward to integrate work outside of the platform.

It allows me frame marketing campaigns at ease with its prompts lab and helps me with the hassle of following up by making a structured model.

It's a little advanced and complex for me at times. A simpler User Interface would be better

When it comes to sales, I always struggled with following up and crafting marketing capmpaigns. Its prompt lab helps me create campaigns by me just putting in the inputs. Also, it helps me synthesize data and clients sentiments.

IBM watsonx.ai is intuitive, easy to implement, builds and test, all the repos will be maintained by IBM Cloud

its intent list : it allows similar examples to be there in more than one intents :
Example I am giving example as "Hi There" in #greeting and #checkuseractive both then It will accept same example in both intents, while it should not. be the case . It makes fault-finding trickier

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have designed plugin of chatbot which is used in different projects , its build once run anywhere architecture, benefit of this is we don’t have to maintain CI/CD pipeline for our chatbot , we just maintained different environments
using this for voiceoover and chatbot and it work like wonder.

Overall interface and user experience and feature is amazing
