Working from home made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Calling our patients to help them with their appointments is smooth and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that they don't have a widget form to appear on your screen to make the calling a little easier instead of going back and forth with the pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What's been solved is we are getting more calls out to patients. What we benefit from the system is that we can search a department number with the same program without looking for a binder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just remember that everything is been monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and hardly any problems ever arise with this program. I also like that it alerts of new incoming notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would show whole phone numbers instead of cutting the last digit off to make it easier for a callback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just communication problems and benefits are that it keeps track and total of all calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy user experience. It took no time at all to get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program will repeatedly crash throughout the workday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can log in and out of various modes to help my employer with timekeeping and keep my paycheck accurate.
Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The color profiles for each activity clearly indicate the what each employee is doing, and the simple and easy to use UI makes me doing my job smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although its simple to use, could use some easier navigation panels but its a minor issue.

Just helps me stay online for my patient health care role.
The software we needed! A wonderful tool, simple and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working for about four months now, simple to use, no need to install additional programs on the pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the connection gets unstable, the software needs to be logged out and logged back in, which sometimes can take a little while

Very easy to use, the integration has been seamless so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The clarity of calls throughout max and how easy it is to navigate. Max is very easy to use once you know where all the buttons are which is why i recommend exploring it before jumpig in.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is not really anything that I do not like. I have only had one issue with it but that was just some internal issues. we had a couple days wher e audio was choppy but it has since been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping the united states through the covid 19 pandemic. I personally am benefiting financially because it helps my job give me a position there for in turn giving me the opportunity to use it and work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just take it slow; make sure you explore a little bit before you take off running. The software max which is implemented into nice is really easy to use and understand

sometimes the website can bug out a little bit but that is normal with technology

Better than any other Soft Phone
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the Soft Phone, the fact that it feels a lot more user friendly and not out of date, I would honestly recommend this to other businesses that use soft phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything that I dislike about this, as I mentioned before, the soft phone is a lot more user friendly and I would highly recommend other places that do business with phones look into using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to solve peoples everyday concerns and issues and a huge part of it is due to this system being so user friendly and smooth as far as operating goes. 10/10

My advice would be to try it out and witness it being better than other programs.
