What do you like best about the product?
It attempts to be a nonstop shop for Customer Contact Center technology to make life easier for the end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always fully fleshed out before it's released to it's customers. Many of the external products that combine with it don't speak too well with CXone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to combine all our tools in one place and under one umbrella.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the easy log in usage. This is what I appreciate the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful is having to keep refreshing my page to make sure that I have the most current details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting. Call volume and reporting. Call maintance

It was very simple to use and made making calls as well as receiving them very quick and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cant send messages through it to clients or co workers

Not the right fit

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use for end-users. Call monitoring is made easy and all the data you need to see on a dashboard to see the status of each user. The price is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not as simple and really slow. Seeing the agent's monitor/activity history is hard to interpret. The admin side is not as straightforward and needs a bit of training and getting used to. There are a lot of glitches and we had many outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool was used for our customer service/sales lines at a good price at the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into different options you can use and if it's easy enough to navigate through and weigh it in compared to the price.

Nice CXone's The One

What do you like best about the product?
The helpful easy to access interface to contact individuals
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection to other telephone lines will sometimes not connect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With NICE CXone, there is no need to have a landline phone since their interface has a digital phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the control panel slides from the left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not particularly fond of the way I have to view my team. Why is it under the "New" button?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are dealing with calls from our customers. Nice CXcone makes it easy to deal with a large amount of such calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I cannot think of a specific thing to recommend, just that it is a nice piece of software.

Reporting could be improved as it is not intuitive.

Easy skilling of agents to divert calls to the appropriate people.

I like the ability to track and switch between items in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
it will log me out of my current selection randomly or if my computer screen goes black for a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking systems for work, I have realized that it helps keep employees accountable for tracking their day to day activities

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful Nice CXone brought is it's more convenient for its users because it is easier and more accessible. The icons are easier to understand, and it widens the choices of its users to change their interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike, but if there's one thing that needs to be improved, it's to broaden the option to chat with each user. Also, we wanted to have more options to change the color of the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more accessible for us (users) to know our real-time record of calls. We also have access to know our coaching schedule without asking our team leaders. We also benefit to schedule and adhere our lunch and breaks on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Nice CXone to my colleagues because this software is much easier and accessible to use. It's user-friendly and has a lot of options to choose from! It may save a lot of time for its users since it has a lot of features to navigate and to use!
