Easy to navigate and very informative ,
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of navigation and updates when my scheduled changes.

We should receive more notifications promptly without having to log in, They dont show reviews right away

The details it provides me with, especially in the areas I need details.

I think it would be nice to see a better outgoing call process.

I am finding that Nice is making it s smoother process to assist my clients with all there requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using the phone system to track my phone performance and producing numbers for my employers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before the softphone feature, CXone would not connect with every agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple benefits to having CXone. Implementing the phone script to communicate effectively with our customers for an efficient process has been ideal.
NICE is nice to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the VCC in NICE. I like best how quickly it works and responds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are errors, but are usually fixed quickly

Billing and Payments, benefits are having multiple tabs open
NICE is reliable than traditional phone services and best of all its very descriptive.

the deatil of what can an agent do with the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signal sometimes going away and multiple sign in and outs to get the calls

The problem where multiple windows opened will cause in-contact to crash.

Nice is very helpful. i search for Agents status in less than 1 second i also love the fact that i can plot and overtime for the Agent and Agent are able to see if they are approved
What do you dislike about the product?
Agents are not able to swap their own days or nightshift. i also cant plot their Overtime for night shift team for same-day i have to send an email for that

Night shift should be able to plot their own Overtime without any issues
Ever since I worked with NICE CXone it's been great, I would definitely recommend it!

The great communication you get with other people, as well as the great audio quality that it has, I use it for work and it's great, I worked with other apps but they don't compare to this one

There is nothing I dislike about this product, it has always worked perfectly fine for me, I would not change anything about this, I'm very happy as far I don't have any complaints

I deal with a lot of customer service issues, I'm benefiting financially with this product, I'm more productive than ever, my business performance has incresead

Nice is very practical and easy to handle.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automatic dialing, when I call the client and they don't answer, I can set it to call again and it goes automatically, without needing to dial the number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when the connection drops, because when it comes back, we have to log in all over again, going through the whole process again. It could resume from where we left off, it would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the manager login, we can perform monitoring, password resets, track breaks, and logged-in time. This greatly aids in supervision and management as a supervisor.
I have really enjoyed nice and all of its features that it comes with.

Being able to see how much work I will have to do for the day and keeping track of it.

It sometimes freezes and runs up my average handle time.

What do you like best about the product?
The notifications before calls. It advises you what language they speak so you can be prepared to assist them correctly. It is a great way to keep on track!!!!!

The downsides would be when calls are answered with a notification. This causes a bit of confusion and sometimes does not advise what language they speak during this

The effectiveness of Nice and how beneficial it is to my company. It really helps our patients feel like they have a source of communication with us that is fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider more notifications. It would be nice to customize with color and notification ringtones. If it can have a more extended call log to track how many customers.
