Solid app for VoIP connections
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and set up, quality is always very high. I have never encountered any issues with dropped calls or dialing, which can sometimes be a pain when using VoIP services.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is what seems to be a feature that disconnects LEG every two hours or so. It can sometimes be not very pleasant having to reconnect. It can sometimes drop the connection, sometimes a pain to have to watch what it's doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of features are available, removes any of the negatives you might find. Super fast to pick up how to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my opinion, it is the go-to when it comes to VoIP session requirements. I've not seen another application that can provide the same service with the same ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system shows the user the schedule, blocks out time to make callbacks. It is very user-friendly. The system allows the user to view call history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the fact that it may log off the user at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that the system is very organized and essential to the work from home environment.

I would recommend for users take the time to and let the system work for you.

What do you like best about the product?
THE EASE OF TRANSFERRING CALLS. I CAN RECEIVE AND TRANSFER CALLS TO THE APPROPRIATE PERSON TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE A SMOOTH ONE.

ONE DOWNSIDE IS THAT WHEN I PLACE AN OUTGOING CALL IT COMES TO FUZE AS AN INCOMING CALL, SO I HAVE TO ANSWER IT TO PLACE AN OUTBOUND CALL

IM SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF PEOPLE HAVING TO WAIT ON HOLD LONGER TO REACH SOMEONE, I CAN EASILY TRANSER TEM INSTEAD OF PUTTING THEM IN A HOLD QUEE

I like call routing, adding skills, and the fact that I can see available agents is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the active queues icon on the bottom left. I'm not particularly eager to hover over that icon to find out that information. It will be good if I can see it in the center of the screen

Easy call connect with users. Call routing is excellent. I can see the number of available agents on my team and in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that the best part of the system is the Easy to use interface. It makes navigating the phones a much less stressful task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the aftercall time, but its nothing that cant be fixed by switching out of available when needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow the training videos as it makes it so much easier to use. It doesnt take much to learn the system, but my best reccomendation would be to actually take your time to navigate the system so gain familiarality.
Pretty good for the job it's needed for, and very simple to use.

I love the simplicity and how easy it is to launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not given a longer warning before a call starts. It would be better to have a little more time to prepare for a call. On days where it isn't that busy it's a lot harder to know when calls are coming in and preparing for a call is much harder, they can take you by surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely simple and it's providing agents with a great system and model to follow, with a very easy way to log in and out. Also it's even easier to go from available to take calls to unavailable.

It does the job while maintaining simplicity, I would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
The predictive calling/autodialer functions have worked wonders for our call canter this past month! I also enjoy the Dashboard functions to monitor our call ques.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not prefer productivity limitations when doing inbound calls and outbound lead management without separating the two. Also, I dislike the work required to place agents in and out of que.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has assisted in decreasing our outbound backlog by increasing our call completion. Also, it has helped us reach SLA.

I Work in a health care company in the US, and we can call all our patients in the country without problem; thanks to this, we can check on them to anticipate any future concerns. They are grateful for our services thanks to InContact.

If you are willing to communicate without an actual phone, I highly recommend this service; it is easy. The only thing you need is a laptop and a set of headphones.

sometimes it has issues and gets frozen and I can not disposition and need to be kicked out
