The Calling Machine 3000

What do you like best about the product?
The answer button is what helped me the most since it is what lets me answers calls and help the customer's, so for me it has been very exciting moment whenever I am working with Max Incontact since it also help other people comunicate and get help, so that is why the accept button is the best.

As well I would say that the audio is pretty good for the system since on most of my call I may clearly hear the customer, so I have had really bad experincing with other online phones but with the Nice it has helped me a lot and makes me more happy with my Job and would totally recommend any company to get this service so that way they may also provide the best service for their company since this was one of the best experiences for customer's and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really do not like is that somtimes the system does not let me answer and may get me in trouble with my team leaders since it may happen many times.

Another thing that I dont like too much is the ringing tone I wish we could put our own tone so that way we may be more confortable becuase for ears it can become tyring since we are also taking a lot of call.

Another thing that may I dislike it how the way of the call just fails to deliever, so it takes to much time to answer sometimes whenever clicking accept when getting a call it takes very long to say calll delivery failed, so that is notsomthing that should happen instead it should just appear right away so that we dont waste time to take another call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently resolve problems such as refunds, cancellation of accounts, Troublshooting and many more stuff however that is the principal, as well this makes the customer very happy becuase they use the Nice as well to call in a way if you actually think about it, so the main benefit is getting a lot of customer's to smile.

As well we solve problems for our own so that benfits me becuase I work with this tool and by that I get to impress my superiors so I can get a better position as supervisor, quality assurance, as well as maybe an operation manager.

NICE Cxone the best contact center hub

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the application really shows the passion that was put into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is are some issues when using it on certain versions of Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have a central hub for contacts which is the main force of service.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what other agents we have available within the company that can take phone calls as well as all the features that it offers like messaging, voicemails, meetings etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The way all numbers show up the same within our lines - it doesn't display inner office calls, which would be a big help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve tons of problems daily, but I am only able to do so very seamlessly simply because of all the features that I have within the contact center!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This system made my work life more manageable, and with being in a remote position in these different times, we are all experiencing that is a huge deal! Ease of use is the best part. Even beginners can navigate and operate this program/system.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to control the system, I never have to worry about any lags or glitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant say theres anything I really dislike about the software, everything that I need is available to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say I have any problems in need of solving today.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure you becoming familar with all components of the software and you should be fine.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a current user of this software and can attest that this software is great, reliable, and extremely user friendly. I would recommend for all my business partners and colleagues to use. You are able to track productivity with your team and it takes 5 minutes to become familiar with the system. I love that there are various statuses that you are able to add, or delete to make it customizable to know where your team members are at all time. I love that it shows the run time for calls as well to show how long you have been on a call. It also have the option for recording calls for play back for quality assurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the software that I dislike about this software. I believe that it covers all of the basis that I would expect to run efficently and effectively. I rarely ever have issues with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of integrating the phone systems together. Through this one system, I am able to make outbound and inbound phone calls, make conference calls, and it has caller ID so I can view the caller phone numbers to locate their profile in the system. The system allows you to track productivity of your team and it is highly user friendly to use. I love that there are various statuses that you are able to add, or delete to make it customizable to know where your team members are at all time. I love that it shows the run time for calls as well to show how long you have been on a call. It also have the option for recording calls for play back for quality assurance.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is fast and very easy to manage, this means that in my experience anyone even without a lot of knowledge of technology could be able to use it. It helps you also to track your times very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really think I wouldn't say I like something, the app is very easy and friendly with even for non-technology people.

How fast we can communicate between the offices, the companies, our co-workers and also with the clients.
