Easy to use phone system

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting within the program. I can see all my agents and what they have been doing all throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that you have to click out of a task in order to make a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The beneifts of the program is time management throughout the day and what we can to to better help our agents manage the day

What do you like best about the product?
Clean appearance of the application. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes times out when I leave to lunch and come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answering customers calls , it makes taking and transferring easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using NICE for less than a year and what I like most about it are the practicality and efficiency it offers, not to mention that it's very easy to use. The interface is attractive and easy to use. However, NICE is excellent in everything it proposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I don't use NICE much, I just use it to log in and take my breaks, NICE works really well. I never had any problems with NICE. In all the time I used NICE the system crashed twice, but nothing that bothered me or anything like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Me and everyone who works with me were having problems with the tool we used before NICE InContact. We had problems opening the tool and logging in, with NICE we no longer have these problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I haven't used NICE for a long time, but for as long as I use it, I can say that NICE is excellent, practical, simple, and easy to use.

Excellent Software to VoIP

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, User-friendly interface and arious device options to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application exhibits excessive instability even with stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at the Service Desk and provide first-class service to a company's end users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the system is for those who are just starting out with new careers after Covid-19. It did not take me long at all to learn how to use NICE XONE.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about this product right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently found out I can schedule outbound calls for the day which I find incredibly helpful.

I like the look of the application and the quality of the application. The sound quality is very good, and also the feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I am not disliking anything about the application, I love everything about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to make and receive phone calls. The phone calls are good quality that is one benefit i realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say have a great internet connection. Also have a good mic and headphones.

What do you like best about the product?
Consistent and clean software, the way things work, makes my work easier.

And they also have a good support team when the site appears to be offline or with some server trouble.

The site is fast that make all the other things good. Better software ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing

It's an excellent software with a good dev team.

I don't know if i have anything bad to say about that, i use this program for 3 years by now and i can count in one hand how many times i got trouble with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of phone meetings with our clients, and with that software, it's easy to talk with them with a friendly and clean voice channel

People call me all the time to solve problems where i work. So i need a good communication with them and with nice i can do that without trouble
Clean voice channel make everything smooth with my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it; believe me, it's excellent software and, better than that, has excellent support to help with any question.

When we talk about functions like that, I think Cx one is the best one.

You guys will not regret work with this software.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic processes, everything makes sense. You do not need to look within action buttons for actions buttons

That the page might look busy for the same reason as above

It has a modern layout for customer service agents, makes finding information the client needs faster and thus solving issues faster

A solid program and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The compact and efficient look. It doesn't take up too much screen space. I had no issues learning the program. There is no lock out feature as far as I am aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to assign shortcuts to the keyboard. I would like the ability to answer a call, mute, hold with some keyboard button presses. This would increase ease of access and improve efficiency even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am assisting with unemployment information calls. The number one benefit is that I don't need to use a phone at all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It blows the competition away with simple, compact, and easy-to-use controls.
