What do you like best about the product?
We use the program in such things as to place ourselves in lunch, break to go Available to take calls for customers and employees inside our company.
It is a very flexible, easy-to-use program literally in all the places inside our company. We use it as a softphone and manager to analyze data from our collaborators. The most remarkable points are:
a) The system's stability, with simple access to all the tools that are available for use.
b) Friendly user interface of the application.
c) Great features, like sounds alerts and notifications integrated directly to the end-user.
d) It is excellent for making and helping out with appointments.
e) It is straightforward to communicate with clients using this application.
f) The audio is cristal clear and does not have any alternatives noises.

What do you dislike about the product?
The program has some issues, although this can be very rare to occur. As per my experience, I only had problems on two to three occasions. To be more specific, the things I most dislike about the application was:
a) The lack of support on more languages (although available for my native language).
b) Complicated support contact for issues problems related to the application.
c) Glitches on the calls made to other countries.

Problems regarding IT. Through this application, our jobs became more straightforward and fast to achieve/realize.

NICE inContact is so easy to navigate and use, I have really enjoyed my experience with this website

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it works in relation to calls, it helps me a lot at work, and there's also the chat, which is organized and has a good interface. Intertace is simple and effective and you can also customize it to your liking and this is a very good point and you can also configure it according to preferences and alerts, and you can also customize alerts for both calls and chats, the which makes it very easy when you are very busy, it also helps me resolve emergencies calls that need to be answered very quickly as they need an efficient communication app to be fast, and I can make international calls as some of the supports I use are outside to my country
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when I try to maximize the contact screen and it turns gray, and also when I drag the contact tab that's in a window, it goes full screen and it gets a little messy, and sometimes it takes a while to open, and also exiting this app is a bit annoying because you have to go to the app and click logout, sometimes I click x in the window itself and my user remains logged in even though I have already closed the app. and also the interface of the links and the login screen of the program could be on the same page because I always have to have 2 pages open.

is a good platform, very practical and simple to use, it improves the effectiveness of calls and chats, allowing for better customer service, bringing quick communication between the company and the customer, and giving a lot of performance to the company's work, so that your customers are served in the best possible way , and that there is minimal loss of SLA

There is a very short time to keep reconnecting, you need to confirm the connection every hour.

I solved a communication problem with my teams, and they can reach me whenever it's necessary.
It's useful contacting them with high-quality audio. Quality audio is really good, sometimes better than reaching my team by phone.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very good and meets our service needs, the layout is very easy to understand, easy to interact with and ends up being very intuitive. Calls are clear, with good audio and show us the identification on each call and the number to return in case the call drops, which is very good because sometimes we lose contact due to location or some other difficulty. We can also transfer calls to another agent if needed without any problem, which helps a lot. It is also possible to listen to calls made to correct any error in the service. The display is intuitive, very easy to use. The chat is also intuitive and easy to use, save and end conversations, being possible to copy, save and identify each conversation with what is requested, hardly. The tool rarely stops working, but when it does, we can usually get back to the service easily and quickly with the help of the support service, which is very agile and always gives us feedback, managing to solve our difficulties. The tool is very good in many ways, particularly I have no complaints, I think the notification bar could be different, because sometimes it doesn't appear on the screen and sometimes we miss some messages or there is a delay in the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the way to receive notifications. I don't see any disadvantages in using the NICE CXone, since the tool was implemented there were many benefits in the demands, both in calls and in chat support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage perfectly according to demands, after the implementation of the tool, there were improvements in answering and connecting calls. Chat service also got better, both for accepting and chatting, saving and terminating. Lost connection issues, lost chats have been fixed.
