IS AGILITY, INTERFACE, PRACTICALITY, EASE
What do you dislike about the product?
I DON'T LIKE THE LANGUAGE USED BY THE TOOL, I BELIEVE THAT THEY COULD ENHANCE THE POSSIBILITY OF TRANSLATION.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I HAVE USED THE TOOL TO MAKE CONNECTIONS AND ALSO TO MARK PAUSE RELATED TO WORK, IT HAS BEEN EFFICIENT.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how that calls are always coming in and don't disconnect very reliable service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that there can be several bugs within the app that need more updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems. I would say there are times where people have trouble connecting to In contact and get errors. It is beneficial in keeping track of calls and who it goes to help employees improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been currently using NICE CXone (inContact) for nearly three months now. This is my first time in a work-at-home/call center-type position. So far, I love the platform. It is effortless to use and learn, and it is very user-friendly. This is a professional tool that is used to receive and make calls. The interface is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. I love the fact that you can check in with your team and colleagues right from the app itself. Currently, at my job, we can utilize inbound/outbound calls and also have website calls set up to come in through the app. Thank you for making such a great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Out of my three months, there was only one day that it was lagging, and I don’t think it was the app. I believe it was my ISP that day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a multitude of benefits that we are utilizing with NICE CXone.

Easy To Use!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use. Everything has its own neat little space. The Max Launch option even gives it a smaller and sleeker need, especially if you don't use dual monitors. It's nice that you can even add your own folders for contacts too. A lot of dialer systems won't allow you to do that. You can change your colors for your display and it really kinda gives you almost a Yahoo Messenger feel. I know this sounds weird but if you were born in the late 80s or 90s you know what I'm talking about and you learning how to use this will come pretty easy as it will almost feel like you've used the program before if you did a lot of instant messaging back in the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY thing I don't like is that my job doesn't allow inbound calls to auto gnerate the member's information when they call in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Messy dialers. Multiple crashes on the computer. Unnessay add-ons. Honestly its a great platform. I've been in customer service in call centers for the last 11 years, and this is easily the best dialer I've ever used.

Many member's don't answer because calls appear as scams on caller ID/ system crashes frequently

What do you like best about the product?
The answer button is what helped me the most since it is what lets me answers calls and help the customer's, so for me it has been very exciting moment whenever I am working with Max Incontact since it also help other people comunicate and get help, so that is why the accept button is the best.

As well I would say that the audio is pretty good for the system since on most of my call I may clearly hear the customer, so I have had really bad experincing with other online phones but with the Nice it has helped me a lot and makes me more happy with my Job and would totally recommend any company to get this service so that way they may also provide the best service for their company since this was one of the best experiences for customer's and employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really do not like is that somtimes the system does not let me answer and may get me in trouble with my team leaders since it may happen many times.

Another thing that I dont like too much is the ringing tone I wish we could put our own tone so that way we may be more confortable becuase for ears it can become tyring since we are also taking a lot of call.

Another thing that may I dislike it how the way of the call just fails to deliever, so it takes to much time to answer sometimes whenever clicking accept when getting a call it takes very long to say calll delivery failed, so that is notsomthing that should happen instead it should just appear right away so that we dont waste time to take another call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently resolve problems such as refunds, cancellation of accounts, Troublshooting and many more stuff however that is the principal, as well this makes the customer very happy becuase they use the Nice as well to call in a way if you actually think about it, so the main benefit is getting a lot of customer's to smile.

As well we solve problems for our own so that benfits me becuase I work with this tool and by that I get to impress my superiors so I can get a better position as supervisor, quality assurance, as well as maybe an operation manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the application really shows the passion that was put into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is are some issues when using it on certain versions of Chrome.

We are able to have a central hub for contacts which is the main force of service.
