What do you like best about the product?
1. The calls are always clear, have very good quality of sound;

2. It is greatly influences the final delivery to the customer;

3. it gives us confidence that we can talk calmly with the customer without interruptions;

4. Quickly connect relationship wizards;

5. Ease of making and receiving calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Some calls, it makes a loud noise when the phone is calling;

2. Sometimes the costumer can't keep talking cause it disturbs, some noise gate would be very usual;

3. Always need to update all systems to work properly;

4. The connect button appears every hour, so be careful not to miss the call;

5. sometimes it is necessary to clean the browser to be able to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized that we always need to connect the agent, this was resolved when the connection time became longer, but it is still necessary to be always connecting the extension.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Intuitive interface;

2. Easy access to information;

3. Great quality in the links;

4. Fast system;

5. Always use F5 when using the system;

6. pay attention to the times so as not to go out for breaks together with other users;

7. Always update systems for Nice to work properly.

o nice incontact é fácil de ser acessado, sem muitos detalhes e simples de ser usado, não trava e possui uma ligação limpa sem ruidos ou barulhos ao longo da ligação.

ao encerrar o contato o que não me agrada é o barulho de encerramento do contato.

Muito legal como que o nice é bom para fazer ligações, um beneficio é que pode rediscar mais facilmente

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of using a totally new tool in our environment, efficient and straightforward, enabling us more and more every day, adding, in addition to innovation, a great advance in connection technology

Given the tool that has state-of-the-art technology, the only criticism I have to carry out is the tool that expires very quickly, and we always need to go back to the beginning to continue what we had already started; it may take a little longer to disconnect

What do you like best about the product?
CXOne is user-friendly, modern and helps me to do my job with ease. I like how easy it is to locate contacts and check their availability before making the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to learn the system, but once you do, it is user-friendly. There have been some bugs here and there which have been quickly rectified once identified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying how many representatives are available to take a call. Being able to determine how long wait time will be to speak to a certain department.

Aparece um erro de vez em quando quando fazemos a ligação e nao é especificado qual tipo de erro com clareza.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ligações mais rápidas cai menos que a antiga ferramenta que utilizavamos antes do novo Nice.

Eu diria que é uma ótima ferramenta de fácil utilização e que ajuda muito para quem busca facilidade e qualidade em telefonia.
