Great tool for making a lot of phone calls using little manpower.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work the inventory that I want to work and filter as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface and screens should be more customizable so I can see only what I want/need to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working alot of inventory with a small amount of people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Effective autodialer technology and results.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy used however there are some.instances that you got log out for some reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Log out automatically for some reason that is why we switch to five9
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring call are easy and you can check the history of call right in a minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recomending for small business and have long patience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the insights it provides as well as its reliable even if there are connectivity issues
What do you dislike about the product?
that there isn't an unavailable state for doing work after calls that are longer than 15 seconds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it may disconnect but it is usually resolved quickly and it helps me track my hours
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple interface that gets the job done
Very easy to learn even if you are not tech inclined

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and the layout is useful.The reporting system could use a little updating, but it's pretty good for the version we're using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes up so much bandwidth and/or memory for remote workers. Connection issues are a constant regardless of how powerful the internet connection and speed of the machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a large, complex project that was organized rather hastily; NICE CXone was an easy transition, reliable, cost effective, and was the perfect tool that we needed at the perfect time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about this software is that it is effortless to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about thie software that I would say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to work from home as an independent contractor and use this software for autodialer with the company I work with.

CXOne is quite useful

What do you like best about the product?
With CXOne I appreciate how easy it is to use it and the integration with other services, the choice of ringtones is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
CXOne works fine and there wasn't anything in particular that I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using CXOne daily at work, now I am using InContact MAX Client. The only disadvantage CXOne had was that it was one of two programs which need to be ran, currently when using only Max it is clear and easy to have just one program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Feel free to use it as it is a working software when set up correctly.

It's okay for what it does

What do you like best about the product?
Nice cxone is easy to figure out. The user interface is easy to understand and straight to the point. I like the fact that it shows you the amount of calls in queue. There is also lots of helpful tools to keep track of your calls. I've never quite gotten a chance to utilize the "message" feature, so I am not sure how effictive or efficient it is. The "Agent Reports" tool allows for agents to see what skills or queues they have been placed into.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I have gathered using this program at three different call center jobs is that it's full of bugs. Many times I get stuck in between aux states and it takes a while to initialize the softphone or just doesnt initialize at all. The main problem I've experienced with nice cxone is that I am unable to take calls sometimes due to it's erratic nature. Many times I find myself having to restart over 3 or 4 times to get to a point where I can receive or make a call. I have submitted numerous trouble tickets and missed hours of time due to issues with the softphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to take calls as well as make outbound calls to efficiently process cases at work. It keeps me from having to get a hard phone line and exposing my personal information to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you run call center operations and are in search of a simple to use softphone or auto dialer this is a great product to utilize

NICE CXone Overview

What do you like best about the product?
NICE incorporates many of the everyday standard sales tools into one platform. By doing this, it allows for a more effective and efficient sales process for Sales representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requesting time off via NICE requires a separate log-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NICE makes it easier to access client data with fewer keystrokes. When you're in busy mode, this goes a long way to saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of incontact that I like the best is that it is very user-friendly. I have been using incontact for over a year and even with the updates and changes to the layout of their product it is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is really anything that I dislike about incontact. I have never had any issues with it and like I said above, it is easy to use. This is a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use incontact to view my schedule and make any changes to my schedule. I like that I can request a day off or request that my break be at a specific time all within this module. It makes everything very convenient for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the operating system is great. The sign in process is simple and straight forward. Transferring, answering and conferencing calls is an easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is a little slow but that could also be an issue on my end. My computer isn't the quickest and that could be the reasoning for the slow system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my CSR needs are met. The system operates as it should.
