GREAT SOFTWARE, Makes Workflow so much easier than most.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clarity of calls and the features it offers. I can check my productivity quickly and on-the-go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to check my full call history log or report for customer's i've previously dialed that day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant connection with clients, mostly phone calls. I work in an outbound call center environment, so this software makes it easy to contact our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its so easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I can connect without a landline or a physical phone using a softphone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in while, it has a problem trying to dial out, not sure if it is our program or the connection between MAXX and Landscape, our CRM and database to call out and receive inbound calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my be able to do business without a landline and is pretty simple,. For the most part works really well.

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are recorded and monitored and it allows you take telephonic signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the occasional glitches. Sometimes it takes up your whole computer screen and multi-tasking could be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to take sworn statements over the phone facilitates the process quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding people quickly and transferring is great. Clear Voices.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they have it set to stay in Aux not cut it off after 4 min of aux to finish your notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CPC very clear precise voices putting on hold transfers well

Excellent reporting and customization functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting option the best. In addition to being able to build completely customizable reports, there are quite a few pre-built reports (with excellent refresh rates) that are excellent. I have been using another product that has terrible pre-built reports and no option to customize reporting, so I truly appreciate that NICE inContact blows others out of the water when it comes to customization options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there were more options in the widgets on the dashboard. There is a limit of 20 and our business is complex, so this is never enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being on NICE inContact made our Covid transition to WFH seamless! We didn't have any disruptions in coverage when we had to suddenly send everyone to work from home! Speaking to peers on other platforms, it was not so easy for everyone else (and some continue to experience issues months later!). We are very fortunate that we were already using NICE inContact when the office closures occurred.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The NICE inContact platform is capable of many, many great things! Utilize your resources like your contact at NICE and the Dojo for online learning. I have found many great innovations that we weren't previously aware we had as options, by asking questions, utilizing the "Help" feature and perusing the Dojo. Every individual I have reached out to at NICE was quick, helpful and friendly!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the website, not to confusing. Very straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it does glitch and switch around your schedule break times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far I have not ran into any problems that I couldn't fix.

What do you like best about the product?
The sound quality and multiple features. It makes communicating within and outside of my organization very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about inContact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NICE inContact allows me to clearly communicate with my clients and assist them during tight deadlines. It also allows the benefit of communicating with my colleagues. Now that we are all working from home, it still gives us the opportunity to remain in contact with one another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Multi functional, allows you to clearly communicate with others inside and outside of organization.

Satellite internet Connection

What do you like best about the product?
Everything works great when connected not at home. It's a great way to connect to people and help them out, when I am at another work location to do my job duties and I am able to connect to the internet using a router.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have satellite internet at my house and the CXone Softphone does not work with my satellite provider. This is the only way to receive internet access from my home, and unfortunately I am unable to work from home, and it would be great if there would be a way to connect to the CXone Softphone via satellite internet and not always using a router to be able to connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of the Census Application Technical Support team and I help clients with their technical question needs. As I help the clients who call asking questions about how they can continue with their job, I learn with them. And when I hear from the clients that they are happy with the support they got it just makes my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great way tot connect to people!

What do you like best about the product?
Different aux options such as (Break, Meeting, Lunch, Outbound etc.). Integration with zoom phone etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you guys have desktop app. I might be wrong but i couldn't find an app to use incontact. I always use browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our clients on call. Sometimes conference call to other team to resolve different issues.

Quality of sound, User interface - friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment everything is ok for now

Customer connection. Working from ain't that difficult because I am able to call my customer via phone or mobile phone.
